It would be amazing if someone some day succeeded in building a time machine. The technology and structure of the machine would be very interesting and worth examining it...but personally I don't think it's a good idea to build one. Someone eventually is going to go back in time and screw up the way things are now, and mess up what happens in our future. For example...H.G. Wells book Time Machine.
If anyone ever succeeds in building one, I have three words for you...we are screwed.
