Cairo is a city full of sights. Situated by the sea, the sand, surf and sun combine to create a relaxing atmosphere. Though the ground would not be particularly productive on its own, irrigation provided by the large river to the West keeps Cairo beautiful all year round. The hounds who inhabit the area are extremely wealthy and skilled individuals. Many purchase property within Cairo for the sole purpose of getting away every so often. Quaint houses lie dormant for some of the year, but never fail to appeal to the eye. Other hounds choose to live here year-round in order to run spas and bath houses that cater to hound relaxation. Slaves here are extremely skilled musicians, artisans, and agriculturally savvy (and therefore the most valuable and expensive kitties). The majority of the water supplied by the river is used to create bathing pools and water luxurious gardens. A single leaf is never out of place in this city. Any hound of respectable standing can look forward to a day--or longer--along Cairo's golden sand beaches or within their relaxing pools when the day's work is done.
