Situated to the West of the mountains lies the city of Caspia. This city sits at the highest elevation of the area and is shrouded in a mysterious mist. The city itself is surrounded by the thickest forests in all of Syria, and walled to the East by the mountains. The setting is ideal for hunting and game is plentiful in this region. Relatively secluded from the rest of the area, although linked to Prussia by a mountain pass-through, Caspia has an elite, privileged atmosphere. The hounds that inhabit Caspia are higher status, as hunting is a skilled job. Hounds here have the choice to hunt for sport or for need and profit. Due to the lush nature of the area and the rich soil, many hounds keep their own sport-hunting gardens in tandem with their housing. Sport-hunting is reserved for the top hounds in the city who can afford to keep the grounds maintained. When food is needed, slaves will be sent out, oftentimes with lower-ranking hounds to monitor and coordinate their movements. Caspia is a haven for hounds who like to keep their work and play close to them, and many hounds find Caspia to be the ideal--if they can rise to a high enough rank to reside here.
