Weapon Abilities: This weapon has the strange ability to render darkness from a body. It has the opposite affect on a planet than a giant heartless, purifying most weak level heartless with only the action of summoning the keyblade. Holy Oblivion is strange in that if a persons aggression is brought on by their darkness; the more they stay in the presence of the weapon, the more pacified they become.

Magic:
-Saints Cross: Either four large crosses appear around the caster and shoot out in the caster cardinal or ordinal directions, or one massive cross appears beneath the caster and damages anything caught above it(in the second manner, where the caster stands it where the two two limbs of the Cross intersect).
-Break: Petrifies target, causing them to go catatonic. Less severe the stronger the target is.
-Power Break: Drains the victim of their attack power, cripling it by half.
-Mental Break: Criples magical defense of the target by half.
-Armor Break: Criples the physical defense of the victim by half.
-Life: Resurrects target from death with entire soul intact. Or, protects a dead body from losing it's soul for several minutes to several hours, depending on the strength used by caster.
-Dispel: Eliminates spells mid or post casting, including attacks. (I.E. Someone uses firaga, he uses dispel, firga dissipates.)
-Silence

Strengths: Master Sword Aura- There has yet been a substance in the universe aside from the material of a keyblade. Anything that is not otherwise stated as a powerful magic item would be either bitten into, or cut completely in half.
Near Indestructible Armor: His armor is almost impossible to break, as well as able to absorb most damage. It cannot be cut through with most conventional weapons and even most magical weapons. It does not, however, cancel out blunt force entirely, so enough force will cause damage to his body beneath the armor and magical weapons may cut through depending on how hard the armor is struck.
Light TK: He has telekinesis that can be fired off in highly corrosive pulses. These pulses don't cause any concussive damage, however, the rushing air from the heat and the pulse itself make it so that one who doesn't actually get hit by the main part will be sent flying from the gust. While he cannot grab items and lift them, he can make a solid wall of light to push or pull objects towards him.
He can also make simple light constructs like walls
Magic Surfing: Employing the same technique used to push objects, he creates boards beneath his feet and slides at blinding speeds to an intended destination.
Keyblade Master of the Highest Level: Like all keyblade Masters, handling his own keyblade is a simple feat for him. However, the rank of High Master means that he has the ability to wield other keyblades and learn and use their strengths. This also means that any keyblade he wield he can break.
Master Swordsmanship: what it says.
Weaknesses: He has no hand to hand combat training, though he is well versed in defending himself against hand-to hand-fighter.
Old- Despite his incredible abilities, Master Lazar is old. And thus, he can only take so much in his regular state(This is not the case in Messiah Form).
Personality: He is warm and friendly and often talks in a very cordial and polite manner. He beliefs others to be ignorant and often tries to entice people to embrace their inner light and cast off darkness.
Bio: What you need to know is that Lazar once worked with Jareth as a Watcher. The two often spoke about how they believed the Universe should be and how it could/should be carried out. At that time, Lazar was a "Newer" despite being one of the older ones. Soon after Jareth left, Lazar left as well, stating simply that he had some work to do. Being a survivor of the events from the past, he is well knowldegable in the other races(I.E. Heartless, Nobodies, and Unversed. Not Somebodies though)
