Brief Introduction I'm extremely sorry if I didn't post this in the right sub-forum. I just couldn't decide where to post it, since it's both a blog/fan-fic.
But anyways, just a brief explanation of what it is. One of my favorite Hetalia pairings is AmericaxHungary. Yeah, I know, weird huh? Since you barely (maybe not even) see them in the webcomic/show together. Originally I paired them myself because I thought they'd be a cute couple. But as I researched I actually found some interesting history between the both of them. Most of it seems to make them repel actually, except for one part of history, which could possible support them as a pair. The act itself may seem small, but it's extremely significant to Hungary.
I'm going to be writing in a more serious tone than what you usually see the characters saying in actually Hetalia.
So I hope everyone likes it. >.<
(and I won't date any of the entries, since it's hard to get specific dates on anything for me)

:Alfred F. Jones: Everyone seems to be tired and depressed now. It's been a long time, longer for the rest of them. Even if i am the Hero, this Depression is taking it's toll. Luckily it's passing.
Everyone's been blaming the war on Germany, again like in the Great War. Hopefully they won't be so harsh on him this time.
No one seems to notice, but i'm worried about Elizabeta. poor woman, she's been through a lot. Just because she benefited from Germany and Italy didn't mean she had to join them. The first time I saw her fight, it was hard to take to be honest. I could tell in her eyes that it's not where she wanted to be. She was just afraid. If I can remember, she was beautiful. But all of this mess, just made her look distraught and somewhat lifeless. Her face was sapped it seemed.
I knew she didn't mean harm, even when she help participate in the invasion of Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union. That night, it still rips a hole in my stomach. While fighting Russia, she snuck back to where Arthur and I were staying at the moment. Even though I had never spoken to her much before she embraced me. It was, warm. Hungary came to us in negotiation of a secret peace treaty.
But as soon as we started, Germany had found out someway, and interrupted us. He caught Arthur and I b surprise. Arthur was knocked out first. I managed to strike a blow to his gut, but Germany seemed to absorb it and return it to my face. All I could do was try to stay conscious as Germany left with Hungary.
I never did see her much afterwords. All I really knew is that Germany's superior began watching her house and forcing her to continue fighting. ------------------------------------------------------------ Note:Yes, I love history in real life, I hope no one minds if I point out my references. ^^; When I stated that the other nations were harsh on Germany at the end of WWI, it's because it was reality. Germany signed the Versailles Treaty. In signing the treaty, Germany acknowledged responsibility for the war, agreeing to pay enormous war reparations and award territory to the victors. Hungary joined the Axis powers under pressure from Germany. Hungary relied on Nazi Germany and Facist Italy to help pull itself out of the Great Depression. Although when Hungary joined the Axis powers, it was hoping to avoid any direct involvement in the war. And finally while fighting with the Soviet Union, Hungary began secret peace negotiations with The United States and the United Kingdom. But Germany discovered the betrayal and occupied Hungary in 1944.

(Lol Thanks >w<. At first I thought my pairing of AmericaxHungary was pretty stupid, until I started researching on U.S. Hungarian relations. it's not much, but there sure is some interesting things. )

And so the war continued on. There's too much to remember.
Fighting in the scorching deserts, torn fields, bleeding-snow fields, cast seas, humid jungles, empty skies, ruined cities, towering mountains, anything you could think of.
Of course, I was the Hero. It seems everyone was getting kicked around until I jumped in.
But somehow my mind could not get off her. If Roderich loved her so much, or if he still felt anything for her like it seemed, why didn't he help her? Was he too busy practicing some Concerto for his Prisoner's? Even if it would cost him greatly, he should have helped her.
A couple of days before the war ended, I was walking around Mattsee in Salzburg. There wasn't much but ruins and old stalls. With nothing really better to do, I looked around the empty houses. Spoils of War everyone called it, the treasures of your enemies as a token of victory.
I found this beautiful gold crown among lot's of valuable jewels. I was happy at what I found. Treasure! It would be a token of my heroic and brave acts of course, which I thought until I inspected the crown closer. (Thank goodness I'm into archeology!)
It was a coronation crown. I felt ashamed of holding it, but I knew it had found it's way into my hands for a reason. The Crown was made of gold and decorated with nineteen enamel pictures as well as semi-precious stones, genuine pearls, and almandine. It has three parts: the lower diadem (corona greca), the upper intersecting bands (corona latina), and the cross on the top, which was crooked. There are four hanging pendants (pendilia) dangling from chains on each side of the diadem and one in the back.
After reading the inscriptions, the crown seemed to whisper it's secrets in my ear. It was linked to Saint Stephen-the first King of Hungary!
Note: The Holy crown of Hungary was recovered in Mattsee, Austria on May 4, 1945 by the U.S. 86th Infantry Division.

When I finally saw her again it was terrifying. Her clothes were torn making her almost half-naked, she looked feeble and would begin shaking occasional. Her entire body was caked in dirt and dried blood. Her face was shallow now, her eyes still large but empty and dimmed with sagging bags under them from the lack of sleep. If Roderich had loved her, then why did he let it happen to her?
I walked over and placed my hand on her shoulder. Unlike the last time when she embraced me, she felt stiff. Almost like a dead corpse somehow.
Of course, everyone looked the same now, but some of us could still at least walk for now.
'I see you have your crown back,' I commented to her.
'Thank you,' she could barely talk above a whisper with the dried lips that were white.
'Sorry this happened to you.'
'It couldn't be helped, and besides, everyone is in the same condition.'
'Still...all that's left is to start rebuilding again. And of course, the Hero will be here to help this time.' Elizabeta could only giggle softly.
'It's only going to get harder, but hopefully [i[some things will be unavoidable.'
'What do you mean?' I asked her and my I began to feel a bit uneasy. She took the Crown and the jewels in the black wrapping that they were secured in and handed it to me. The medical bed she was laying on seemed uncomfortable. 'Why are you giving this to me?'
A deep look was cast upon her face and she spoke: 'That crown...to me it's like the Lost Ark of the Covenant to Israel. I'm sure you don't exactly trust Ivan, many of us don't,' she chuckled a bit now, 'so many times has that thing been passed around because of it's value. But it's valuable to me too. I would rather have someone I...can trust to keep it.'
I couldn't speak, I didn't know what to say. I only looked at her dimmed eyes, only the very center seemed to contain any life. She then motioned me to bring my ear closer to her, I followed.
'No matter what happens, no matter what I end up saying, you've never given me a reason to hate you. But exactly the opposite,' and she kissed me gently on the side of my cheek. I stood back up, still not saying anything, but I did hold her hand. It was cold.
I never knew exactly what she meant about hoping to avoid certain things and such. Note:The Holy Crown of Hungary was transported to Western Europe after it had been recovered. It was eventually given to the American army by the Hungarian Crown Guard to safeguard from the Soviets.

Of course, Im a Hero so I had to keep the world safe. You could say I was the first one always to help anyone out. Or well, I tried to...
I swear I wasn't paranoid. I swear.
But so did so many other of the nations, isn't that funny?
Some slandered curses to me, others called out for me.
I'll say it: it was confusing. Everyone was pointing Nuclear weapons towards each other, the thing I made... The only way to protect yourself was to be with me, and to keep on building up your weapons.
I found my self over in Asia a couple of times. It was confusing in there. I could never tell who exactly I was fighting. And I swear I wasn't paranoid. And I never did figure out why I lost, I mean, I was a Hero after all. But I at least avoided anything with Cuba. We were both close to nuking ourselves.....
Wasn't everyone else paranoid?
[[I finally got around to making another entry. I've been busy. DX]
