Ability: technology control, creation, reconfiguration, he is able to change the mass, size, and properties of a technological device, and it can be anything from a simple machine, to a super-intelligent android the size of a peanut. If someone were to control an individual aspect of the technology (like metal) they'd supersede him. (but he could make it just as easily from silicone or plastics.)
Bio:Nikolai was from a poor village in eastern Russia. When his gift kicked in, there were people from nearby villages who wished to kidnap him to "make it big." his parents died to hide him at his aunt Natasha's. he was sent to Dawn Academy for his own safety when it re-opened.
