Has anyone else here tried LibraryThing yet?
http://www.librarything.com/If you're addicted to books like me then this website might interest you. You can start a free account (up to 200 books) and enter the ISBN of books and the site will start cataloging your collection for you to be arranged how you like (title, author, year).
It accepts American books as well as those from other countries and searches hundreds of databases including the Library of Congress, various universities and Amazon.com in several countries.
Once you reach the 200 book limit you can upgrade your membership for $10 per year or $25 for a lifetime membership. It is well worth it since you can also find other people who have books you like and discuss them in forums or write your own reviews.
If you let LibraryThing know what area you live in, it can even inform you if there are any book related events going on in your town such as book sales or author signings.
Also, every month they get batches of "early reviewer" books for members to try out and then write reviews for. Hundreds of members put their name in each month but due to limited quantities only a few are selected.
