I'm working on a hack of Pokemon Ruby with Hetalia characters and a changed plot.
So far I have:
Hero-Russia/Belarus
Professor-China
Gym Leaders:
Prussia-Bird types
N&S Italy-normal type
America-Electric type (and a Whalord)
England-ghost type
Team Aqua- Allies
Team Magma- Axis

I'm surprised you didn't include a Toris in the list yet~ I actually had started on a similar hack idea myself but I got too lazy and never went through with it xD; I wish ya luck. By the way, don't you think that the allies and the axis members shouldn't be gym leaders because... you know... they're part of team magma and team aqua? Or vicey versa? But that's just my opinion. 3nodding
