What do you think?
I think her being blind, makes her cool enough and how she's able to fight so well and feel seismic vibrations. I think if she weren't blind, she wouldn't be as much of a good Earthbender as she is now, and just less epic, what are some of your thoughts?

Shes plain epic, and the blindness adds to it.

If she wasn't Blind, She would probably not be as good a bender since she would listen to her muscles and not the ground.

I personally think she'd be a great Earthbender either way, but she might not have discovered Metalbending by being able to see.

True. That's what makes Toph special. She's blind adn can bend. If she weren't blind, her parents wouldn't be overprotective and she'd learn earthbending that way. But she won't be one who listens, then attacks. I think Toph being Blind is cooler.

Toph being blind adds to her strong-willed character. Without that disability, she would not have been a great Earth Bender as she is now. I agree with TJ Moon.

toph should say blind, if she wasnt she wouldnt be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool,and good at earthbending,plus the first movie sucked

if toph wasnt blind i think she would be a spoiled little brat and a weak earth bender cause i think the moles oo what ever they r wouldn't have teached her how to earthbend. caused i think they taught her how cause she is blind u know

TOPH IS AWESOME BLIND!!!! If she wasn't so many things wouldn't have happened. Like during the invasion, she wouldn't have found the underground place. And in the Bloodbending episode, she wouldn't have found the missing pp!!!

While blind, more senses are heightened. Toph, already being able to hear the earth, while blind has been able to determine the exact shape, position, and possible motion, which allows her to predict any future moves. If she wasn't blind, she wouldn't have been able to find a way to bend metal. She couldn't focus that much on the metal.

If she wasn't blind she wouldn't be Aang's earthbending teacher so she wouldn't be part of the show at all.

Yea I think she's better blind. It also made her funny, like that episode when she thought Sokka saved her when it was Suki.
