In order to become one of the kages listed above, you have to pick one before it's too late. There will only be a few chances to be Kage, and since this isn't a T1 RP guild, I can't really do anything to make ranks fair.
Rank conditions: There can be Four kages to begin with, then I will add more. There can be three Sennin, seven Ambu, Twelve Jonin, sixteen special Jonin, Twenty Chunin, and thirty Genin, not that that many ninja will post, but if all the slots are taken up, there is only academy student left.
