The Village Hidden in the Dawn and the domain of the Uzukage Lahnin, this is a village that is home to a rare clan of shinobi known as The Omikami Clan. This village was once said to be home to the great Uzumaki clan, but they were kicked out of the village before Konoha was built.

Lahnin was sitting at a desk inside the Uzugakure mansion, filling out paperwork. He noticed a letter in the middle of the desk and then he opened it, the note said, "Dear Lahnin, I realize that your still young, you still have a great future ahead of you. Though I realize that you intend to make this village secure, be aware that since your not an Omikami or particularly noble by bloodline that the people will treat you indifferent, perhaps even hatefully at first. Your going to have to earn their trust, but don't try to do things too fast alright. -Ryu Omikami " Lahnin grabbed a tan plated coffee cup off of his desk with his right hand and he drank some of the cold tea that was inside of it.
Lahnin: "Well I can see that this will be interesting....hmmm..."
Lahnin stood up to stretch but then he heard a yell from around the corner, as if someone was hurt. Lahnin moved his right hand over to his left side, and then he held his simple katana around it as carefully opened the door, five shuriken came flying and they hit the left side of the door, Lahnin sheathed his katana and instead, Lahnin crouched down, he wasn't in the line of sight. Lahnin made a few handsigns and then a shadowy line grew under him, it spread around the corner and it made contact with the assailent's shadow, causing it to be in Lahnin's control.
Lahnin: "Hmph...pitiful, you got yourself caught!!"
Suddenly Lahnin moved his hands as if to pull, and forced the assailent to come flying into the room.
???: "Wh...Who are you....?"
Lahnin: "I'm the fifth Uzukage so I suggest you explain yourself now, you wouldn't want the Shadow Possession Jutsu to turn into the Shadow Strangle Jutsu would you?"
???: "No!! Please don't kill me!"
Lahnin: "Then tell me why you just tried to attack me."
???: "I'm a nukenin, I was hired along with a few others by some local Omikami people to take...take you out, I told my fellow rogue nin that it was a bad idea, but they didn't listen."
Lahnin: "Very well, make the slightest move and I'll kill you, stay here."
Lahnin released his jutsu, he slowly peeked around the corner and noticed that there was a severely wounded ninja on the ground. The band of nukenin charged in and surrounded Lahnin.
Nukenin Leader: "It Looks like we got you surrounded sir Uzukage."
Lahnin grinned before pulling out his katana in the blink of an eye and slashed each of the nukenin wounding them, but not killing them.
Lahnin: "I'll be back, stay here with your men, they aren't dead but I will kill you and them if you move even an inch."
Lahnin left the room and he walked around to check on the wounded Uzugakure ninja.

Lahnin looked around the corner at the Genin moving into the hostile building, seventeen shurikens were flying towards her, Lahnin quickly moved in the way of Ruby to protect her. With his katana in both hands, Lahnin deflected all of the shurikens from hitting her, only one drop of sweat fell from Lahnin's face as he did this.
Lahnin: "Be careful, stay on your toes, it isn't safe here. Rogue ninja are attacking, apparently because they don't appreciate a non Omikami kage. Judging by their skill, this is a C- Rank mission, no more serious. Still make sure to be careful, and stay close by."
A very cocky nukenin ran towards Lahnin as if he were strong enough to fight him, but he instead was kicked in the stomach, landing him on the ground. Lahnin nodded back at Ruby to follow.

ruby kicked one of the rouge's on the chest she looked around it wasn't dark enough to use her jutsu she clashed sword's with a rouge"can I kill them"?

Lahnin looked back at Ruby and said, "No, we can use all the information necessary about whats going on, don't kill them if it's possible, I'm looking forward to finding who wants me dead." Lahnin looked forward as a rogue nin approached, Lahnin curved his Katana to the side, knocking the nukenin out, but without cutting them.
Lahnin: "So, whats your name? Nevermind, it can wait for awhile, I'm going to clear out the mansion. You go and alert the Uzugakure police, they'll get the Ambu on this quickly."
Lahnin continued into the next room, fending off every rogue that came against him.

ruby nodded she sheathed her sword and ran out of the mansion to go find the police after she told the police they sent ambu to the mansion she walked toward the mansion she wanted to say thank's to him since he had saved her life

Lahnin walked around the mansion, realizing that there were no more Rogue nin moving about, then an Ambu Black Ops member showed up in front of Lahnin.
Lahnin: "Kuronin, whats going on?"
Kuronin: "I was sent here by Uzugakure police, me and the other Ambu captured the Rogues, there off to be treated for their wounds with the wounded civilians, then they will be thrown into prison. Is there anything else bothering you sir?"
Lahnin: "Yeah...one of them told me that they were attacking me under the orders of a Omikami Clan member, they apparently are completely upset that I'm their new Uzukage."
Kuronin: "Yeah, they really liked Jatai, he was one of their greatest Uzukages afterall."
Lahnin: "That is true...do make sure that you find out who sent for this attack Kuronin."
Kuronin: "Yes sir Uzukage, me and my squad will be right on it."
Lahnin: "Alright Kuronin, make sure to be careful ok."
Lahnin went back to his office and he began to sweep up the damaged material in the office.
Lahnin: "What a waste of good antiques...Gah!"

((Sorry for extremely late reply but i've been busy and such with my own guilds.))Lahnin looked at Ruby and smiled slightly.
Lahnin: "It's fine, your name is?"
Lahnin shrugged as he continued to sweep broken glass and wood into a pile at the moment. As Lahnin thought to himself he remembered the list of Genin in the village and such.
Lahnin: "Say..your name wouldn't be Ruby by any chance? If so I must say that your strong for a genin rank shinobi. Congratulations on how you you handled yourself against Chunin and Jonin rank ninja."

Lahnin shrugged as he got a sack to put the ruined glass in and he zipped it up then moved it to a corner of the room.
Lahnin: "You did an excellent job. One of these days, I'll send in a word to promote you to Chunin. Of coursethe Chunin Exams are coming up in Konhagakure soon so it might be sooner then you think. Now go meet up with your sensei alright. I suppose I'll go talk to Sheshin when I can."
Lahnin picked up a bottle cleansing chemicals off of the ground and a rag, then he began to get the blood off of his sword and then dry it. Lahnin tossed the rag asside and sat on the floor which no longer had glass on it.

As Ruby left, Lahnin stood up and walked over to his desk and he stared at it for a few minutes. A few medical ninja came in and helped the people who were hurt, and one came in to see the Uzukage, this person was Anbu Black Ops Rank.
Yuki: "Sir Uzukage are you alright? You didn't get hurt during that Rogue attack earlier did you?"
Lahnin looked up with a serious expression at the Anbu ranked Shinobi.
Lahnin: "No I'm fine, the Rogues tied up out there need to be looked at though. I had to rough a few of them up."
Yuki nodded and walked out to go check upon the wounded and tied up ninja acrossed the hall.
Yuki:

Ruby jumped omto the roof of her home she layed down and stared at the sky watching the clouds pass by
