Beginning characters have to be either a beginning class or a class that another of your characters has been already.

Beginner Classes-
Acolyte: The Divine-based beginner class. Acolytes are devote church-goers who are just beginning to tap into their divine magics. They have weak healing abilities, but are physically weak.

Scout: The Rogue-based beginner class. Scouts are eager to explore the surrounding lands, and are adept at hiding though physically weak.

Squire: The Fighting-based beginner class. Squires are just starting to learn the arts of combat. Stronger physically then the other Beginner classes, but they don't have any special abilities.

Apprentice: The Magic-based beginner class. They are only just beginning to understand magic. They have weak spells such as conjuring a small ball of light. Physically weak, but fairly resistant to magic.

Cultist: The Demonic-based beginner class. In order to use their demonic magic they require a sacrifice. The more they sacrifice the stronger the magic. Their weakness is that they can only sacrifice from themselves, so really strong magic is out of the question. They are also physically weak, but can influence others with their words.

Fighting Classes-
Warrior: Warriors are adept at using all kinds of weapons effectively. Some choose to focus on mastering one weapon, some choose to be versatile at many different weapons.

Barbarian: A fighter that, once angry, goes into a rage where his/her fighting ability increases tremendously. The rage lasts for a short while and they are vulnerable afterwords.

Monk: A martial artist that relies on his hands, and his spiritual energy called ki to fight. They possess unusually quick reflexes, and they are resistant to most poisons.

Knight: An adventurous soldier. Uses a sword and a shield to uphold chivalry and honor throughout the land. They can take a lot of damage before they die.

Calvary: A warrior that trains to fight on horse-back. Usually uses spears or halberds to attack enemies from their horse. They are deadly on horse-back, but are weakened if caught at any other time.

Rogue Classes-
Thief: The stealthy class. Thieves are well known to be good at hiding, setting traps, and stealing. They prefer to use small weapons, such as daggers, so they don't make too much noise.

Ranger: A ranger has lived all his life in a forest. He has become adept at hiding and tracking, as well as hunting with a bow and a knife. They can talk with animals, and occasionally ask for help from them.

Archer: The master at using ranged weapons. Archers can use any kind of bow, and still hit a bulls eye every time. They prefer to wear little armor so that they can move quickly, though that makes them weak at close combat.

Agent: The masters at acrobatics and acting. Agents are good at persuasion and lying, and can pretend to be anyone. They use throwing knives and throwing stars together with their uncanny ability to dodge, together when they are forced to fight.

Assassin: Even better then Thieves at staying unseen and unheard, at night they are almost invisible right up until they slit your throat. They prefer to use daggers and poison, combined with their stealth in combat.

Magic Classes-
Wizard: Wizards learned how to use magic from years of study. They know a lot of spells, but in order for them to cast a spell, it must be either memorized or read from a spell book. They can also use magic objects such as wands, rods, and staffs to use magic.

Sorcerer: Unlike wizards, Sorcerers are born with magic ability. They don't read spells from a spell book, instead they have their own unique magic power. (Example: Control of an element, Mind reading, Reflecting mirrors, Mind Control)

Druid: Druids use nature's own magic. They can change into animals, talk to animals and plants, create weapons from trees, make plants grow, and manipulate nature in other ways. They prefer using staffs and blunt weapons, because they prefer not to kill if they don't have to.

Alchemist: Alchemist are masters of chemicals and bombs. They spend their whole life learning the secrets of chemicals and chemical reactions. They are also effective at making machines and traps. They fight using their chemicals and bombs which are either hidden, or shown off to scare people.

Spellsword: The odd-ball of the magic classes, spell swords spend half their time learning magic and half learning how to fight with a weapon. Spellswords focus on magic that will help them while fighting with their favorite weapon. That could be everything from enchantments to illusion. There are even a few spellswords who use potions instead of magic on their weapon.

Divine Classes-
Healer:
Healers focus their life on learning the arts of healing and curing sicknesses. They use all different means; potions, divine magic, herbs, ect. They never fight, but their healing magic is vital for parties and adventures. Healers are the only class that can resurrect dead allies.

Cleric:
A holy cleric receives power from the deity they worship. They have an average healing ability, but their specialty is their prayers and holy spells for use against the undead. Clerics prayers make everyone harder to kill. Clerics can use turn undead once a battle, which instantly destroys up to 5 undead per battle.

Paladin:
A holy warrior who specializes in fighting evil and undead monsters. They can call upon their deity to bless their weapon, or give them divine protection. Any weapon they use always has a holy enchantment, which deals more damage to undead.
Paladins can use turn undead once a battle, which instantly destroys up to 5 undead per battle.

Defender:
A Defender of the weak and protector of the small. Defenders can take a lot of damage. They usually carry a Tower shield and full body armor, so they can take a lot of damage. They can use protect twice a battle which will make the defender take all the party damage for a brief while.

Summoner:
Summoners use divine magic to call forth beings from the heavens to smite their enemies for them. Though they are weak by themselves, once they summon enough divine energy they can summon stronger creatures to protect them.
(see Summons list)

Demonic Classes-
(note that if you take a demonic class you will be unable to enter
non-demonic castles and fortresses without getting the guards to
attack you, unless you are disguised)

Necromancer:
The Cleric/wizard/summoner of the Demonic classes. A wizard that has gone down the dark path of necromancy. They control the powers of the undead. They can summon undead minions, use demonic magic to heal the undead, and cast death magics. They can also use advanced sacrificial magic. (They can sacrifice themselves or others to cast stronger magic)

Deathknight:
The Paladin/Knight of the Demon classes, the deathknight is an undead knight riding an undead steed into battle. The deathknight fights using a cursed blade. He can use fear once a battle which makes all non-demonic/undead creatures run in terror from them (Unless protected by magic or a deity)

Shadowspawn:
The Rogue/Assassin/Agent of the Demonic classes. The Shadowspawn are creatures of the shadows they are completely invisible when they want to be, but only when they are completely in shadow. They can go into people's shadows to take complete control of the person. They love to kill people in their sleep. There are three ways to kill a shadowspawn. One, to catch them in a completely shadow free place. Two, to attack the shadow of the person under control. Three catch them while they are not invisible.

Catspaw: The barbarian of the demonic classes. A person who is being controlled by a demon. Usually they are normal people, but when the demon takes over they gain extraordinary powers.
These powers include super-natural strength and speed, the ability to hover, claws, and other demonic powers for a short time. (once a battle)

Immortal:
A weak class, fighters with only one thing going for them. They can never be killed permanently. The only ways to stop them is to cut their limbs to pieces and keep them locked up, or to trap them somehow. They aren't good at fighting, but their immortality makes up for it.
