That's the link to the PSN website. Apparently, Sony pays attention to this, and a lot of the petitioned things get viewed and done by Sony. Please vote so that this gets attention!

Cool, I voted. I really hope this helps. I'm not too concerned about Vesperia now that I own it. I already bought a 360 just for that game! Posted that there too, how do like that Sony!?

Namco Bandai of America already officially said they have no plans to bring Graces to the US, so your best bet would be importing it at this point.

Tales of Graces F isn't even out in Japan yet for the PS3, in any case. December 2nd is the release date, so make sure to buy it and support them.
