Although Harry Potter has more fictional elements to it, it's more realistic in the things that count, like personality and story development. The characters in Twilight are too unreal to me, so I can't get into it. Edward is perfect in every way except actually being a GUY, and Bella is obsessed, and Bella's Dad isn't very fatherly, and some of the other vampires are just... just too off.
Harry Potter, even if there's no six pack like Jacob's in it.

Honestly, i hate both. but if i had to pick one, it'd be twilight. because i hate harry potter so much. and i wouldnt mind watching twilight. watching harry potter was torture. i saw it when i was like 11. no offense to anyone 0: like every time i hear harry potter, i go nuts. i hateee so muchhh. i prefer romance. im pretty sure twilight has that <3 ok im done. c:

Ohh the infamous Twilight or Harry Potter question!!!
I'm just going to come right out and say it. . . I'm a huge Twihard. (Or "Twitard" as my best friends calls me... -coughs-...Kat.) And honestly I could care less what other people think of it. I liked Twilight before all the movie stuff, but the movies only made me love it even more!! I honestly can't stand Harry Potter. (And maybe part of that is becuase I'm a Twilight fan) But I really never liked it. . . just couldn't get into it, but then again that's just me. Who's the cute guys in the series? Well that's an easy question to answer....all of them!!! Yes, I'm Team Edward. But in reality, I think Taylor Lautner is so much better looking than Robert Pattinson.

Twilight (i honestly am not a fan of wizards)
I like Twilight because I love the romance in it, and the whole story line.
I think Taylor Lautner is the hottest guy ever! (even tho i am Team Edward, Taylor is still hot. even my anti-Twilight lil sis agree with me lol)

Harry Potter, because there's an actual, viable plot-line, realistic and likable characters, Character development, Doesn't make me gag, and was written in a clear, understandable and interesting way.
Twilight barely counts as literature, in my opinion. The only commendable thing about Meyer's writing style is that she managed to take a simple idea and entice millions of teenage girls and lonely women who own several cats.

The whole Bella and Edward and Jacob thing is so overrated and clitched.. And now the whole bookstore is flooded by vampire books which are just there to accompany twilight, so yeah, I am hating Twilight, a lot..
