The castle, where beginner classes go to advance to the class that they want to be. It's majestic walls are always being patrolled by guards. The entire castle is warded by magic so that no strong monsters can attack, however, weaker monsters occasionally attack in large numbers. A perfect place for new players to get used to the game. The teachers here all are well known for their combat prowess.

Martialis entered the Academy and looked around with awe. The place was much bigger then anything he had ever seen in his life. His village was just a small camp compared to it. He had been sent an invitation to the academy, a month ago. They somehow heard that he was trying to learn how to become a knight by himself and sent for him. From what he heard they sent thousands of invitations every year, to those that they believe can become great warriors, mages, or clerics. As soon as Martialis entered the Academy, he was greeted by a rather old looking man with dragon-like wings. The person was the headmaster K'ight Morgraine, he had heard a lot of rumors about him. Namely that he was a demi-dragon, a half human half dragon hybrid. Looking at the headmaster's wings, he didn't doubt that rumor, at least. Immediately he realized that he was all alone, here. He didn't have any friends at all here, yet. He glanced around looking for anyone who seemed friendly-looking.

Erika slowly and quietly entered the academy. She glanced at the surroundings, marking everything she needed to pay attention to. She didn't care about the size, or how marvelous it was. She figured she wouldn't be here very long, they had found her late in her own eyes. She had been called a thief most of her life, and she was the best where she came from. While she was Demi-dragon, she had anything that might reveal her as such covered...other than the unusual colored hair and eyes. She glanced over at the only other in the area, but ignored him, instead leaning against the wall and sitting there, thinking.

Eva sits on the roof of the building, forgetting how she got up there. She looks over the campus of the academy and sighs. Her ears twitch as the wind hits them. She smells the air and frowns. She looks at the sky then back at the ground, watching for someone to walk by.

Erika starts walking down the hall, wondering where the rogue teacher was. "This place...is empty. They must be pathetic at getting people...or maybe i just came earlier than i thought..."

Aerica Topapple, perfectly silent and wearing all black, walks up behind Erika who was wondering around in the in the hallway. "Don't ya' kno that yer' supposed to be out in the courtyard right now? The headmaster is about to make a speech!" She said in a loud voice, meant to startle Erika. She looked Erika up and down. "Ye have the look of a scout, ye do. And a demi-dragon none-the-less! It looks like this year will be fun! Ye may call me Aerica, Aerica Topapple. I'm the teacher in charge of all ye rogue based classes, that I am. Now please go back ta the courtyards, before ya miss the big speech!"

Erika looked back at Aerica. She looked entirely unsurprised, people had always snuck up on her. "Scout my a**... I'm probably good enough to be a thief as is, but whatever. If you would, please tell no one I'm a demi-dragon... I've received to much crap about that in my life." She paused a moment then bowed. "Sorry, should be a bit better to my...teacher. I'll head to the courtyard immediately." She started walking to the courtyard then.

"I don't believe you told me your name, young scout. Also, keep in mind that I mean no disrespect by calling ye the title scout. Not all scouts are inexperienced. I ken many scouts who could give a thief a run for their money. It measures the individual's progress in their class, not their natural potential or their 'power'. Yes it is true that you gain abilities when you gain your thief title, however how skilled you are at using them is up to you."

While Martialis was looking around for a friend, he spotted Eva on the roof of the Academy. For a while he stared, wondering how she got up there. He waved both his hands at her and called out, trying to get her attention.

Erika stopped and looked back. "I am Erika... as for my progress...i've grown up as a thief....There is something i hope to learn here however...i already consider myself a thief...i want to learn to be an assassin." She started walking again, suddenly lost in thought about her past.

Aerica chucked. "Aye, the young 'uns all have their pasts. Well its not for me to judge. I was like that as well, when I was a wee lass like her..then again, my life tain't over yet!" She said to herself as she briskly headed towards the courtyard, where the Headmaster was about to make his speech.

Erika seemed to stiffen, then she suddenly sprinted to the courtyard faster than should be possible. When she got there, she slowed, then just stood there, staring at the ground, and keeping her Demi-dragon features completely hidden.

The crowd of people in the courtyard was astonishing to see. There were people from all corners of the world, all species and all of them wanting to learn how to fight. Davith Pert, standing on a platform with a magical microphone, cleared his throat and spoke to the new recruits.
"Hello Everyone, my name is David Perth I am the. I am speaking in place of your new headmaster because he is currently on a journey to the Great castle Aventgarde. You all came here, hoping to learn how to fight back against the evil magics of the Black Tower. Hoping to learn how to protect your love ones, or even simply to become stronger as an individual. No matter what your motive was to come here, you are all now brothers and sisters in the pursuit of the perfection of your skills." He said, his voice being amplified by the magical microphone so that everyone could hear. He gestured to all the teachers who were standing to the left and right of him.
"These are your teachers they will guide you on your path. I will be the teacher for all the combat-based students. Minwen Mil'al here will be the teacher for all the magic-based students. Eric Garland will be the teacher for all the divine-based students, and Aerica Topapple will teach the rogue-based students. It is now time for your first class, so everyone follow your teacher he or she will take you to your classroom" Before he even mentioned Aerica, she was already in her spot next to him as if she was there the whole time. Now that his speech was over she headed to her classroom, eager to finally be able to teach the art that she loved so much.
