Hey everyone, this is a little tutorial I made last year to help people figure out the Meebo chat room. P.M. me if you have questions!

Next meeting:
Sunday, August 8th
Time:
8pm EST
7pm CST
6pm MST
5pm PST

First:

Follow this link to the Meebo Room: Gaia's Annual Ball Meebo Room. Go ahead and adjust the boxes to fit your screen

Second:

You will be signed in under a guest. To change your name, right click on your guest name to bring up a "Set Nickname" bar.

Third:

Left click on the "Set Nickname" button. Type in your Gaia username or something that we could recognize you by. It would be a confusing world if we were all guest(insert random numbers here).

Fourth:

When finished, press enter and Meebo will change your name to what you typed in.

Fifth (and Final):

Type away bearing your new name!

Well I dun feel so stupid now. I set up and acct on Meebo today so I could be in the chat with ya'll, but then everything made me go sweatdrop

actually you can save the room to your account and all you'll have to do is click on it and it'll come up so you don't have to change your name or anything. just start chatting right away. ^w^

At the top of the meebo page, just above the chat room, there will be two sayings two links there. One will say "invite friends" and the other will say "Become a member of this room" Or something like that. Just click on the "become a member" thingy and you'll be a room regular.

Is the link to the meebo chatroom going to be put up on the day of the chat?
Or am I just blind, and for some reason, can't find the chatroom link? o.o

I don't see a link either. Last year it was always kind of hard (for me) to find it.
Anyway, meebo room. That's it, unless we're using a different room this year.

I talked to Angel a bit, and she said she might be making a new one. That's why I didn't add the link >.<. It'll be updated if it changes, though.
