when you use soul exchange can you tribute eny Lv monster tribute
and can you equip more thene one equip spell card to a monster
and can you place more then one set card on the field but can only sommon one at a time

tribute any lvl monster with soul exchange? yes
equip more then one equip to a monster? yes (not 100% on that seeing as i dont use equips, but i'm prity sure you can)

err not sure what your asking ^^; you can only summon or set one monster per turn tho. Even tho seting a monster isnt consitored a summon but a set, it still counts as a summon ^^;
tribute monsters from your hand? no... well... yes if your fusion summoning, but no for normal tributeing.
(corect me if i'm wrong on any of that peaple)
