If Hermione and Ron were to EVER get together (I mean LORD, we've been waiting EONS) who do you think would make the first move?
My personal bet has to be Hermione but how will she ever come about it with a guy like Ron? Let your imagination run wild and give me hypothetical situations.

Good question. I think if it does happen at all, Hermione will make the first move. Ron's too nervous about the subject to make the first move, but if Hermione made the first move I think he might make the second...
Either way I've been waiting for it FOREVER (please JK crying )

I think they'll just spontaneously kiss. They'll be talking about something, and they will randomly start making out. I think Hermione will probably initiate it, but the second Ron figures it out, he'll be there. But yes, it will be random and 'why didn't we do this three books ago'.

They're far past the point where a first move needs to be made. They fully understand their feelings for each other at this point. We'll begin the seventh book with a little aside alluding to their relationship, but I don't think we'll actually "see" that start.

I can see it now. It's at Bill and Fluer's wedding. Just after they've said "I do" Ron will stand up and say "I love you Hermione, let's get married right now!" Hermione will respond "Oh my love, my sweet, I love you too!" KISS. And Harry will have fallen out of his chair, sobbing uncontrolably on the ground while Ron and Hermione make out, oblivious to the fact that Harry is now having some sort of seizure. Lovely sight, huh? Actually I think at some point Hermione just slaps Ron and says "Do you love me or not?" And to show his consent, Ron kisses her. Cue sappy, sitcom awwing sounds.

Ew, I don't want to think about it.
I think we'll see Krum again at Bill and Fleur's wedding (JKR said we'd see him again) and he and Hermione will start flirting, when Ron really realizes that he has to make his move. So he does, and they start going out. I'd like if they didn't kiss right then, but save the kiss for later. Because kisses are over-rated, you don't need to kiss someone the moment you know they like you.

I doubt we will see Krum at the wedding (why the heck would he be invited?), he will show his face again when Harry needs help fighting Voldy/Death Eaters ... not THE fight, but somewhere along the way Krum will volunteer to help the cause.
As for Ron and Hermione ... there are two strong options in my mind (both of which include a relationship actually happening haha). 1) It will just be natural ... one day they are friends the next day they are dating, the one relationship just naturally turns into the other with no big causative force. Or 2) there will be some event (happy or sad, I haven't decided yet) that will see a need for Ron and Hermione to comfort/congratulate eachother. We've already seen Hermione crying on Ron's shoulder, so I think something like that will arise again and Ron will just take a more forceful stand (ie. actually hug her back) and then the seemingly-natural progression into a dating relationship.
Remember Mrs. Weasley saying that many couples (her and Mr. Weasley included) formed in the wake of Voldemort last time around? The grim and dangerous reality causes people to seek comfort and security and closure with significant others. So I think some big event will happen (Voldemort makes his next big move towards Harry? Someone dies?) and they will just drop all pretense that they don't like each other and go for it.
