I know I should post this in the new person post, but I also have something to ask while I am at it. >w<
Hello, I am a 15 year old boy who is currently taking a course in hair and beauty and is hopefully going to get into college. I am wondering if there is anyone here who can tell me any simple recipes for lotions, because it would really help me out. ^^
Also if there anyone here who knows a good solution to get rid of a scratchy sore throat, I would like to know it. ((I get a scratchy throat often, and I'd like it to hurt less))
Thank you for your time

Hi, Chibi, and polls are fine. ^_^
As for your scratchy throat- if you can stomach it, gargle salt water. DO NOT SWALLOW- salt is an emetic (meaning it makes you throw up) but the salt water kills any bacteria that cause sore or scratchy throats. Or you can try mixing honey and lemon so that it's sour but not painful to take- the honey is antibacterial and the lemon is astringent. ^_^
Lotion recipes- I have a few, you might want to look in the "Recipes for Disaster" thread- I think there's one or two in there!
