This is how I am doing the apprentice setup. Just PM me, crew member or Captain which member you want your Nobody OC to have as their apprentice or post request here. Make sure they match up with the criteria alright, your OC might have trouble otherwise. There is a limit to how many apprentices are available, so it's first come first serve:
Xemnas
Xemnas has no real job with any apprentices. He has stayed away from most things involving them and has let Saix handle that. However, he does have only one apprentice. An heir. Someone to take his place later on if he were to fall. This apprentice does have some power over the other apprentices, but not anyone of the original members. This apprentice will usual hand out assignment to the others and be on their own most of the time and works along side with Saix.

Xigbar
Xigbar's apprentices are usually given to him because they need training in long-ranged weapons. Xigbar only has a few apprentices due to his laid-back attitude. These apprentices will usual have long-ranged type weapons and be pretty good with them.

Xaldin
Like Xigbar, Xaldin also has few apprentice, but not for the same reason. He usually is given the troublemakers and rebellious ones. His job with them is to try and straighten them out into proper members of the Organization.

Vexen's apprentice are usually either normal nobodies, or his own creations. He has worked making nobodies by using the DNA of the Organization and other people. These apprentice are usually experiments of his or normal nobodies that have taken a liking to studying in his scientific field.

Lexaeus
Lexaeus has few apprentice as well, but they are more light-hearted apprentices that have taken a liking to his quietness. These nobodies usual are with him because they are curious about the organization and it's goals, but fear the other members.

Zexion has a fair number of apprentice that mainly use magic and spells. He is given these apprentice to help them learn more about their abilities in magic. His apprentices are usual level-headed and are not so easy to take advantage of.

Saix
Like Xemnas, Saix only has a few apprentices. He's usually to busy with work to tend to anyone, but the ones he does have were hand selected by him for their loyalty to the Organization. They are usually very emotionless and think of nothing but how to help Organization. These apprentice have some power over other apprentices as well, but are second to the heir.

Axel has a good amount of apprentices due to his "popularity" among most of them. They're usually newbies or average nobodies that Axel has taken in. However, his apprentices are under close watch by Saix to make sure they know their place.

Due to past events, Marluxia is given few apprentices and ones he does have are being closely watched by Saix. His apprentices usually are just nobodies that have no real place to be put in. Misc.-Type apprentices. They have been warned to be wary of Marluxia though.
