He can fly!

"I'll come up with something. . . When I'm actually awake for the most part. I wanted to put another Anima for the helmet but I'm like, 'That's too many Animas. That's an expensive piece of equpiment flying around the battlefield.' So yeah. . . " The ghost just floated off. . Somewhere.

367 put a hand to his newly patched up, but still overworn chest armor plating. "It looks so strong! Like I could stand up to bullets without flinching! I doubt even the Captain's Comet could take a chunk out of that body!" His eyes widened as he eagerly awaited the rest of the options. This was a lot less scary than he'd thought it would be, and in the end he was sure the Captain could only really be proud of him for going through with it to protect her friends.

((Yes, it's dream free. It's not likely I'll be actually wearing the avatar [since that spot is reserved for Kilo], so go nuts!))

"The electricity would be good against those beta things Mr. Faust keeps talking about, right? I could really put them down fast! I look like one of those cool vigilante superheroes! Just like Mr. Faust!"

367 thought about how cool he would look fighting for their lives in a get up like that. And the red wasn't a bad change of pace at all! It made him look less like those evil OMNIDRINK soldiers in any case.

As she worked the models, Hakobe made quick glances, hoping she wouldn't be seen peeping. Yes, she knew it was shameful and perhaps perverted. But, his stripped body, his boxers, and even his shy, modest expression....She couldn't help but look when she could!

Of course, she wasn't just paying attention to 367. She, too, looked at all the great designs everybody came up with. A flush of embarrassment came across her face after a while. Compared to all these designs here, even 367's idea, the one she thought up was a complete joke....

B-But....I tailored it to show his love of helping others, like a hero....and it reflects the confidence he can muster, as well as his personality....

After a while of nobody else presenting another idea, Hakobe took a big, unsteady gulp and downloaded her idea onto the monitor....



Trying to hide her anxiety and embarrassed flush, Hakobe explained the design and its features not only to the best of her ability, but also using no big words to scare or confuse 367 with....

"Th-This....This design has been modeled after a famous hero of the west....I-It is more than it seems, I assure you!"

Hakobe reached behind herself and pressed a few buttons, which input the command to display the various features this design provided. It was, indeed, more than it seemed....

"The wireless receivers feature a bunch of different things that Godpapa wanted me to equip you with. With the press of both buttons at the center of each receiver, a visor will solidify and enable you to see in either night, thermal, or any other vision you so choose. It also enables you to use sonar and an internal radio. All of this is powered by this rune cluster, therefore running low on batteries is no problem at all!"

The monitor zoomed in on another feature; the gloves and boots. The gloves themselves had bands that resembled Aekea's flag....

"The rune cluster also powers the gloves and boots, which enable you to lift lots of things without much effort and allow you to jump really high and cover large distances, respectively."

The monitor zoomed back out and now showed the features of the coat, the shirt, and the pants.

"All of these will be strengthened with items of Godpapa's choice, making them more stronger and sturdy than they look."

The monitor then showed a network of platinum wires, carbon-composite cervos, and various circuits, hooked up to an external lead-surfaced CPU with added reinforcement so it wouldn't break so easily during battle. The monitor even showed a demonstration of how hard the CPU would be to break....

"The network concealed between the outfit and your body enables your processors to work at 500% their normal rate. Kind of like a computer in a freezing cold room, except you won't feel cold. Warm, maybe, but not cold."

The monitor then zoomed in on the hat.

"Oh, and the hat? It's just there to mount the rune cluster onto. That, and an added flare of style and authority. I kinda had a magical hero meets Sheriff Law idea in mind when making this...."

The monitor then zoomed out and viewed the entire design in its strangely heroic glory. It took a lot out of Hakobe to muster the courage to show that, let alone explain what she put together. She only hoped that she didn't humiliate 367 with such a silly design. She'd feel even more foolish, if her design was as silly and uncool as she believed it was....

"S-So....what's the verdict on this one? I-Is it a keeper? Or is it back to the drawing board for me?"

367 heard all the technical details, and they sounded like a great alternative to having to recharge all the time, but his mind was elsewhere.

"That coat is AWESOME!"

He thought about how cool he'd look, running around on rooftops with his enhanced boots, jacket splayed out behind him as he landed. Just like King! "Also, with a hat and human clothes, it would be a lot easier for me to hide when I'm not on mission, right?" He gazed up at the model for a little while, trying to figure out out the rune clusters worked. Though he was no expert, he knew things about the inner workings about technology, but when it came to magic? He never understood. He'd have to ask about it later.

Before he had the chance to ask questions, Black's second idea emerged on the screen.



"It even looks like I do now! But with wings!" He was a little excited to see a design that he felt so familiar with. He hadn't found that comfort in the previous ones, so an option that wasn't such a massive departure from the norm was nice.

The shoulder cannon looked really fun, too. 367's mind was filled with images of his posing like Iron Man and going all "pewpewpewpew" at flocks of unsuspecting OMNIDRINK agents.

"Death from above! Now with more armor! Coming to police-bots near you," Black chimed as she presented a plan B to her previous one. "Heavy weapons are a bonus."
