† Warrior †  Things have been a little rough lately for her as she then was going to try to get her catch of the day for her clan a little bit. She knew this was important. She kind of heard a queen needed some food bad so she is gonna make this the best she could. "Mice...Rabbits..which ones are good? I'll find rabbit." She then stalks over to where they are watching their every movement as she then leaps up and tackles about two of them to the ground; biting their necks...a quick death. She then bows her head to thanks Starclan for the meal in such a rough day as she got two of them sticking out of her mouth, dragging them back to the camp and putting them down on the fresh kill pile.

† Flarestar † Flarestar padded out of his den and looked down at his Clan from the highledge. He could tell that Shadowtail was out hunting and knew that the Clan needed to protected, which meant that he couldn't leave, so he sent the border patrols out and about while he stayed behind and guarded the camp.

† Warrior † She then came back with the prey she caught and puts it along with the fresh kill pile and then sighed as she knew that it was going a little rough for today. She then sighs as she then sees Flarestar padding out of his den. "Morning FlareStar." She then kind of bowed her head at him, probably gonna go again to hunt some more prey.

† Flarestar † Flarestar dipped his head to Shadowtail. "Good morning Shadowtail. I see you've been hunting." He said as he looked at Shadowtail and her prey. "You're a good hunter, a great asset to the Clan." He continued as he padded around her and stopped in front of her. The meeting! He thought to himself as he bounded towards the highledge and jumped up to the top. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneth the highledge!" He called to his Clan. † Badgerpaw † Badgerpaw awoke slowly and heard Flarestar's call to start a meeting. Maybe this is the meeting where I learn who my mentor is. She thought as she stretched and pushed her way out of the apprentices den.

† Warrior † She then had one of her eyes kind of raise up in some confusion when he circled around and kind of stopped in front of her and then he suddenly jumps up and calls for a meeting. "I guess it's the morning 'craze' that some of the cat's get nowadays...also me.." She then went over beneath a highledge like Flarestar says in order to hear what he had to say. "This might be for apprentices..or maybe about what is wrong with the other clans." She muttered having her tail flick a bit.

† Flarestar † Flarestar stared down at his Clan as they gathered. "Two moons ago, when Badgerpaw was made an apprentice. There was no one to mentor her, but now that our Clan has grown, there are plenty of warriors capable and ready to mentor her. I would like to address Badgerpaws new mentor as...Shadowtail. Teach her the hunting ways you were taught and how to fight well. I know she is in great paws." He said as he stared at Shadowtail. Don't let me down. I'm counting on you. He thought to himself as he prepared to continue with the meeting. "Now that has been taken care of, we might as well address the other issues with the other Clans. Leaf-bare is approching and we must do everything in our power to keep DarkClan, SnowClan and LightClan off our territory. We won't fight them unless we have to. Anyone have any suggestions, besides stepping up our border patrols?" He said as he looked down at his Clan. † Badgerpaw † Badgerpaw blinked in surprise as she heard who was going to be her mentor. She respected all the warriors the same and was glad to have Shadowtail as her mentor.

† Warrior † She then had her eyes widened as she then was gonna mentor Badgerpaw. She was kind of glad yet nervous. Glad because Badgerpaw and herself had a few things in common so they can be in the same page, while Nervous because this was her first time going to be mentoring an apprentice. She then took a breath like she was nervous and was breathing to calm down and went to BadgerPaw. "This is gonna be my first time mentoring an apprentice such as yourself, so if I am being a bit...well.. 'skittish' or if you feel like I am doing something wrong, just say so." She then touched noses with her.

† Flarestar † Flarestar continued to look at his Clan, waiting for someone to answer his question. † Badgerpaw † Badgerpaw touched noses with Shadowtail and smiled. "Ok, I will." Badgerpaw said as she sat down beside her new mentor.

† Warrior † She then stepped forward and looked up at Flarestar. "I don't think we have any suggestion Wise Firestar, I think you said everything that all the cats wanted so far but I do say if there is something else I think we will tell you as soon as it hits us." She then stepped back a bit with Badgerpaw, hoping she didn't make him mad.. she did hear he gets kind of mad easily...

† Flarestar † Flarestar nodded and looked at Shadowtail. All the cats in his Clan and the others knew that he could have a temper at times, but Shadowtail was the only cat he never lost his temper with and every cat thinks its because Flarestar has a crush on her. I know everyone thinks I have a crush on her and they're right, I do, but I don't know if she knows. He thought to himself as he jumped down from the highledge. † Badgerpaw † Badgerpaw looked up at Shadowtail. "What do we do first?" She asked as she looked up at her mentor.

† Warrior † She then pets Badgerpaw and then grins. "I like to go to the basics.. and then we go to the extreme.. as our first day. I wanna test your senses.. and I'll teach you some hunting basics. And if we're lucky.. I'll let you hunt but I have to keep an eye on you." She then got Badgerpaw to follow her as they were gonna go to the forests; full of trees out ahead. She then sat down. "Alright.. now relax.. let your nose do the work.. what do you smell so far?"
