-THE PLOT

In the year 2010, A United States C5 Galaxy Aircraft (one of the largest planes on the planet) was carrying a large amount of a toxic substance over a small town in Colorado. This town was known to all as Kepler's Crossing. This small town only consisited of about 17,000 people, maybe a little more. The C5 Galaxy hadn't recieved it's up-to-date maintenance standard and was carrying a cargo that need a Fredricks Cooling System (It means a long tube at least 10 yards away must be connected to a large cooling system to the cargo and nothing can be in between) Suddenly, the plane hit a rough patch of turbulance and jerked upward, a large barrel of toxic substance broke free and blocked the tube, soon other barrels fell and before the pilots could correct the upward push, the tube was under a pile of toxic barrels.

The airways seemed to be fine about five miles out of Kepler's crossing when the pilots hear a loud whistling sound. They looked behind the to see the cooling system was overheating and before anything could be done. It exploded, the barrels burst and a black ooze sprayed across the room. The pilots faces were covered in it, it began to burn. They lost control of the plane and it crashed Seven and half miles out of Kepler's Crossing near the water treatment plant at a lake. The water became slowly infected with the black ooze and the water treatment plant was forced to be closed down due to "loose contaminates"

The Black ooze was called Thanotopsis, a viral experiment done by Helix International Pharmasuticals. The black ooze infected all the water in Kepler's Crossing and within a two weeks, City police reported 75% of the population had been infected. The US Army blocked off all roads and forested areas with a barricades until a wall was formed around the town. An Evacuation area at Palensca Park, a park in the center of the town, was set up for CEDA to perform experiments and hopfully find a cure. Three days of being stranded at Palensca Park and no cure was found. The US Army lost signal with the ground team.

Satelite readings show there are still survivors, some remain trapped at the Police Station, others run around town trying to find a safe place out...

You are a normal citizen with a normal weapon, any type of melee weapon allowed. Only hunting related ranged weapons. Like Compound bows, Double Barreled Shotguns, Hunting Rifles, etc.

-US ARMY
There is strong, then There's Army Strong...I guess, you have a large automatic weapon and your not afraid to use it, you only have one mission...SURVIVE!!! And I guess find survivors...

-Kepler's Crossing Police Department
Lead by the formitable figure known all around Colorado as Jonathan Caretaker, Chief of Police, you managed to survive the riots and panic with what little sanity you need. You have a badge, a riot shotgun, and barretta 9mm and a whole bunch of melee...FREEZE FLESH EATING HORDE!!!

-CEDA Scientists
You are all brains, and you need them to survive. CEDA was sent to find a cure but since Palensca Park is gone, not cure is needed. All you need is a gun and a bat and your set to survive.

FBI, SERAS (Select Emergency Recon & Assault Squad) Hell, even a cowboy. You can be what you want, we just wonder why you crossed the barricades...and how the Army let you in...
