Ragady smiled, sitting daintily on a fire escape above the alley. Her stitched arms leaned against the railing, and her head on her arms almost as if she were tired. Or bored. Her floor length hair draped about her form, her bare legs and feet dangling from her skirt. "Jetzt was tun Sie?" she sighed, as if she truly were bored. Her aura was draped about her form as well, making the air around her cold, but that was nothing new. She hoped someone else would appear shortly to amuse her.

[ Your char is really good. Sucks no one would make one in any comic universe, you'll be famous. ] "What are you doing here, Ragady?" Batman questioned the doll-like woman. He appeared as a dark figure of the night, barely seeing under his clothes, most part of his body is covered with his cape. He kept his arms near his utility belt, just in case if he needed it for any circumstances...

((Thanks. I was tired of all the female villains using sex appeal, I wanted to create a female character who depends on fear instead, and wouldn't be able to use sex appeal if she tried.)) A smile curled Ragady's lips, though she did not turn to face him. "My my, ist ze fearsome bat-bully finally back in town? I haven't even truly faced off against a Batman yet, they always seem to either not be around, or simply ignore the dozens of strung up and dying humans I have captured in the past. Such a pity, they never do their jobs." she smirked, and slowly turned her toxic green eyes to him, swirls of all color as the cold spread from her form. It was only a small amount of supernatural chill, the amount she could not help but to produce, so she doubted it would even send a shiver up his spine. "So, is there finally a Bat-bully around now who will do his job? I've grown quite bored of breaking the wings of Robins, after all, it's so terribly easy I've grown bored."
Ragady said everything casually, as if the horrible things she had done were nothing more than everyday activities like collecting the newspaper off the front porch, saying hello to a neighbor next door, going to the office job. She leaned her head on her arm with an emotionless frown, her eyes all but dead. She didn't really bother to attack him, and didn't worry about if he attacked her, she couldn't feel physical pain anyways. More than that, her abilities and weapons all worked best close up anyways, so making a move to grab her was the worse possible thing he could do. She would watch him, instead, and see what he would do, if this bat-bully was even half as smart as he was supposed to be. And if he was, she would set up a game to play, and put that intelligence truly to the test. Not tonight, of course, but soon to be sure.

"You don't seem surprised..." He glared at her for a few seconds, Then digger one of his hands in his belt and pulled out a batarang. He tossed it at the woman as he waits for a physical response.

"Nein, not really..." she spoke boredly, not bothering to even dodge the batarang. She looked down slowly instead at where it dug into her skin, a bit of blood flowing down from it. "...Does that usually solve your problems?" she asked, reaching a stitched hand to remove the object. She didn't even flinch, letting the metal object clank to the ground. "I'm afraid that is hardly what this particular situation calls for." she remarked calmly. "Or are you simply going to pummel me und send me back to Arkham? You have not a single ounce of proof for any oft meine crimes, und they would simply release me again. I'm afraid ze games I play, are oft a different caliber." she rose from her seat, slowly, her hair draping about her form. She challenged a heroes intellect and resolve, and the way she liked to play, was by setting up lose lose situations for them. Situations where it did not really matter what they did, because any option they chose, they would lose something. She smiled, turning her green gaze to him, "You vill know when the game has begun."

He squinted is eyes in a sign of suspiciousness. He stepped back a few feet of how distant they were away from each other. He made it to the very edge of the building, and fell back on his back as the wind swept through him like a tornado. Not knowing what Ragady meant, he decided to wait until her 'game', begins.

Ragady smiled, and headed off on her own way. May as well get started then...

((I'm going to use this for personal rps between Ragady and one or two other people, I'll have summaries of the previous rps posted like so, so that you can just go to the last fancy summary post and read after that for what is currently happening. I hope that will help.))
Summary so far: Batman showed up, Ragady hardly responded, informed him that he would know when her game had begun.
