This roleplay is set Pre-Time War but Nine, Ten, and Eleven are welcome (as is their confusion when/if they find that the timelords are alive in this setting).
This roleplay is set in the Jon Pertwee Era so that we can have UNIT family in there.
This roleplay is Multi-Era but only up to Eleven.

Characters
These are the characters in Doctor Who. You may take any that are marked "open" or not marked at all. "open" characters are characters that are in the roleplay but are being dropped. They will be played by their orignal owner until someone else picks them up. Not all characters need to be played so don't feel like you need to fill all the places. Even if a character was not with another characters they may both be there if they were in the same era, time being messed up and all that. (Zoe and Victoria for example) You may have no more than two Doctors and one Master.
The Doctor: One Two Three - Cetha Four - Doctor 4 - Tom Baker Five Six - Nic Coay Seven Eight - Oh My Rassilon Nine - A Frozen Feather Ten - Pentigan Eleven - No Duck Pond
The Master: Roger Delgado - Nic Coay Crunchy/Muppet Master Anthony Ainley Eric Roberts John Simm - Mesaallsparklyglowy
The Companions: Susan Foreman Barbara Wright Ian Chesterton Vicki Steven Taylor Dorothea Chaplet/Dodo Ben Jackson Polly Jamie McCrimmon Victoria Waterfield Zoe Herriot Sergeant Benton Brigadier Alastair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart Captain Mike Yates Elizabeth "Liz" Shaw Jo Grant - Nic Coay Sarah Jane Smith - Cetha Harry Sullivan Leela K9 - NPC (Non Player Character) Romana I Romana II Adric Nyssa Tegan Jovanka Vislor Turlough Perpugilliam "Peri" Brown - A Frozen Feather Melanie "Mel" Ace Dr Grace Holloway Rose Tyler - RoseTyler05 Micky Smith Martha Jones Donna Noble River Song - Alanis_liberty Amy Pond - RosesFallingLikeRain Rory Williams - No Duck Pond Unnamed UNIT Personel - NPC
If I have forgotten any, please tell me. I did not include the audios because I don't know them but if you wish to play a character from the audios, please tell me.

((I guess I'll start us off, then. Feel free to jump at any time.))
The past few days had been rather peaceful at UNIT. No alien invasions, no government conspiricies, even the Master had been staying out of their hair. The Doctor, who normally would have been longing for enough time and quiet to work on the TARDIS and a few odd-bits-of-this-and-that expiriments, was feeling some what lonely. Jo was off on vacation. Even though she was due back the next day, the Doctor missed having someone to talk to and have a good cup of tea with in the morning.
It was not as if the TARDIS were not working. After the incident with Omega, the timelords had put the old girl back in working order as a display of their graditude. He had been planning a trip to Metebelis III for some time and it just so happens that just as he was going to go, Jo ran off to visit her Uncle (a most untimely vacation).
So it was, that the Doctor sat in his lab at UNIT tinkering away with a few gadgets he had been working on. Though Earth technology was not nearly up to snuff with Timelord, he had learned over the past years to make due with what he had in the TARDIS and what UNIT could supply him with.

The drumming, the never ending drumming,
The Master crashed to the pavement, his eyes wide with confusion as him flipped himself around and faced the blinding crack he had just come from, watching in amazment as it closed without a sound. He blinked as his eyes quickly adjusted to the darkness of night, the only sound was the sound of himself panting. What had happened? One moment attacking "Lord President", the next he was here. On Earth, perhaps? Outside of the time lock. He'd escaped the time lock. He began to laugh, starting as a low chuckle then quickly turning into the laugh of a madman who'd accomplished everything he'd ever dreamed. And more! He was still alive! Oh, the things he had yet to do, now they could be done! Eventually he stopped, his voice echoing down the dark alley he was standing in. He looked down at himself, inspected his hands, smelled the black sweatshirt he was still wearing. Still the same, he still looked the same, no matter. What of the Doctor? He had intended to save him, an action he would now have to put behind him, how humiliating. He'd better have lived, all that effort for nothing wasn't a pleasent thought. Oh well, if he was gone, the better, no more opposition, no powerful force to fight back. A plan, a plan, he needed a plan. What to do now he was back! Rule Earth, obviously, but how, how...
One, two, three, four, One, two, three, four...

 The Eleventh Doctor
"You know when grown ups tell you everything is going to be fine and you think they're probably lying to make you feel better?"
"Everything's going to be fine" The Doctor looked around the TARDIS with a broad smile on his face. All was back to normal like it always seems to turn out. Not that he was complaining, he liked things normal. But he couldn't help wondering what it would be like with Amy and Rory now married. Awkward. That's the only way it could turn out. For him anyway. For the other two it would be like a honeymoon extended through time and space. That must be romantic, he thought. He shook the thought out of his head. "So!" he exclaimed. "Where to go? Anywhere we want. Absolutely anywhere! And anywhen, shouldn't forget that's part of it too."

The TARDIS had begun to act srangly. Not in the way that indicted something was broken or in the way that indicated her timelord was doing something wrong. She was acting strangely in the way she did when something or someone was tampering with time. The Doctor could sense it too. Something was not right. It was like an oncoming storm drawing closer and closer until something happened. Something very very bad happened and the Doctor cared not to think about what it might be this time around.

((I guess I'll be taking up Four, though imitating his eccentric style takes a lot of focus and I've only seen Robot, Genesis of the Daleks, and The Key to Time up to The Power of Kroll episode 3... and you folks might be bothered by my RP style, which is the result of preferring quick posting and preferring not to take longer or use more words than necessary to describe a small amount of activity...
-I usually post in a style resembling a panel-by-panel script for a comic book, with short but effective descriptions of what happens and what my character does printed between hyphens like this.- (But I'll type descriptions like this instead since this seems to be a notch above my usual RP.)
My actual dialog is in separate sentences which need no quotes since they're not part of a paragraph. But for the sake of this RP I'll put them in anyway since it seems to be a notch above my other RP.
Except I might need time to work with Cetha's Four material in her post. Please be patient.))

The drumming, the never-ending drumming,
The Master looked up at the night sky, forcing himself to breathe. In and out. He closed he eyes. Who said he needed a plan? The Doctor managed without one all the time. Who said he couldn't roll with the punches as well? After a moment, the Master opened his eyes and sat on the ground, his back against one of the cold brick walls of the alley. Not really thinking about it, he picked up a scrap piece of metal and began to draw. He had seen a glimpse of Gallifrey before ending up here. It was...not what he had expected. Everything looked destroyed, it resembled nothing of his home planet, nothing like where he grew up. He was glad he hadn't seen anymore. Tap, tap, tap, tap. He dotted his picture while looking up once again at the star filled sky. What was the Doctor up to? Flying about in his TARDIS, no doubt, wearing that stupid suit and those stupid trainers, complete with that coat. Tap, tap, tap, tap. He tossed the metal away and looking down at the dirt. It was a perfect mapping of Gallifrey and it's moons, even a few constalations. With a low snarl, the Master wiped it out with his foot. Why would he have drawn that, of all things? Dum, dum, dum, dum. He stood, carelessly brushing off his pants, looking around. If anything, he needed to know where he was, in addition to when he was. Hands in his pockets, he walked out of the alley and onto the empty stree beyond. Dum, dum, dum, dum. It suddenly hit him that he was no longer tapping the metal, yet the beats of four were still there. He grimaced, feeling a rush of irritation, grief, confusion, and a twinge of fear. But he kept walking, looking for somewhere to go, not wanting to ponder what it meant, what it could mean. At that moment, he didn't want to know why the sound of drums still filled his head.
One two three four, One two three four...

"Well, where and when is there, Doctor?" Amy Pond asked bemusedly. She was leaning against some railings and watching the Doctor do as the Doctor does. Quite frankly, she didn't care where or when she went, as long as she didn't have to do anything but enjoy. She vaguely wondered where Rory, her new husband was.

-Jo Grant-
"Doctor! Doctor, are you in here?" Jo called to her friend as she entered his lab, assuming he would be in here. He always was. She was surprised to find the room empty. Crossing to the Doctor's desk, she noticed several new piles of odd pits and pieces. It looked like a lot of junk to her, but knobing the Doctor it was probably the makings of some special, high-tech counter-gizmo or gadget.
Picking up a cup of tea on the desk, she grinned when it was only slightly cold. He'd been out here only a few moments ago. And judging by the slow but cheery tune she heard coming from the TARDIS, she knew exactly where he'd gone. Throwing out the old tea, Jo filled up a new cup and then entered the TARDIS, very quietly.
She smiled when she saw him. His back was to her as he worked on the console. He was always working on that old thing, though she could never see much use in it. It never did want to do what he wanted it to. Wanting to surprise him, Jo crept up slowly and reached around him, placing her free hand over his eyes. "Hello, Doctor. Did you miss me?"

The Third Doctor The Doctor might have startled at this unexpected action but he had never been one for startling. Turning a bit to half face her he smiled. "Jo, I thought you weren't due back until tomorrow." Honestly, he was quite glad for her early return. ((I'm copying your posting format, if that's alright.))

Peri stared into the mirror, putting some make up on, she got up, smiling a bit, and pushing the chair in. Looking in her room for a moment, she turned around and walked out "Doctor!" she said, smiling, waiting for the rainbow coat to emerge. Peri walked by the TARDIs control panel, and looked to the floor, remebering when the Doctor had changed there. "Change, Peri, and not a moment too soon." the words drifted through her head. Suddenly, the TARDIS made a thump, from landing. The Doctor would have to be right by the controls for the TARDIS to land, Peri was worried, and looked around the room "D-Doctor!" She said, turning around to see if te Doctor was around.

The ninth incarnation of the Doctor stopped at the control panel, looking at the white TARDIS interior. He couldn't stand to look at it, not after what he did. He looked at the theme setting, then chose one "Coral theme." he said to himself. Now he just had to leave the TARDIS for about an hour. the Doctor looked down, feeling so sad and angry. the TARDIS landed, and the Doctor stepped out. looking around the lab, eyebrows furrowed "What?" he said, looking at all of the gadgets, but not seeing the TARDIS. This lab was far too familiar. It was the lab from when he was exiled to planet Earth, the UNIT lab. That had ment that the timelock had been broken. "No. no, no no no." spinning around, he saw it. a large blue box looming over him. "No."
