Okay anyway here is where anything Avatar related happens. Usually it's just "Rate My Avi" but there can be other things as well like a "What Anime Character Does Your Avi Look Like?". Anyway I figured we should have an Avatar Subforum because ratings don't really seem to fit anywhere else.

One thing about rating people.
If you don't like a certain item personally then don't deduct them for it.
If the item looks crappy with their outfit, then deduct it.
This is something I see way too often neutral
