They're cool for the most part. Apparently newbies can't even do much, like buy a house or a car or some other stuff, until they get so many achievements.

Yeah they would have to do other things like complete a citizenship achievement before going to subscribed forums

yes i made it about 2 weeks ago as a rp mule to help get a guild more active.

Lord Balmung of Azure Sky They're cool for the most part. Apparently newbies can't even do much, like buy a house or a car or some other stuff, until they get so many achievements. I thought it was optional... I'm currently having the issue of not getting any friends for that achievement lol.

It seems.. like a rip off of videogames. I mean, achievements in games are cool because a lot of them take skill, but these...? I dunno, I'm not very enthusiastic.

CATCHING ALL 151 POKEMON DON'T TAKE SKILL, YO. IT TAKES GLITCHES AND TRADES. Same for in the .hack//G.U. games. All I have to do is ride a bike a lot? Really? :/ Also, I had to get quoted 100 times for one of them. That kinda takes skill. And begging at times. >>"
