This is where the captains of the Gotei 13 are called to discuss important matters. Captains and some times Lieutenants are permitted in here. Without special permission those under Lieutenant rank are forbidden to walk through these doors. The will be more of a description later.

Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka paused at the door before she saw Kiyoshi. She grinned at him "Drinking? Shouldn't you be sober for the meeting?" she teased. She moved to her seat and sat down.

○○○Leere Geist┴┴┴  Captain Commander of the Gotei 13II suddenly appeared in the seat at the end of the meeting hall. I sat down in it with the katana I carry around sheathed and in my lap.

OCC: lol the funny thing is the captain meeting hall only actually has one seat lol, meaning you guys are sitting on air 8D

Captian of squad 11. -laughing Kiyoshi shook his head- " this little bit isnt going to get me drunk, its just enough to take the edge of this damned wound" -a jesting smile on his face as he pats his bandaged chest-

Allen walked into the area out of breathe. He panted as he got in place and smiled at the Captain Commander. "Y-You beat m-me...." he said putting his hands behind his head.

Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka winced in sympathy "Eh. Sorry..." When the Captain Commander came she turned to look at him and grinned"Good to see you again Geist. How was your training?" ((Yay! We float on air! XD))

"Yeah I did.. but remember I'm also the one who developed a new type of shunpo that no one else here has mastered yet" I said in a very surprising playful tone which meant something was obviously wrong, I then turned my head to Ruka. "Good I guess.."

Allen looked at Kiyoshi. "I know how to~ it's just not as fast as most others~ You can train me though if it makes you frustrated~" he said with a laugh. He stood at attention waiting for the meeting to begin. When he heard the captain commander tell him the reason he face-palmed. "That would be why wouldn't it~?" he asked laughing at his stupidity.

 Dastan shunpo in to the meeting hall. when he enter he saw the other captain. he look at all of them and stand in line, he also crossed his arm and close his eyes.
