The Sōkyoku Hill is an iconic, large, rocky mesa located at the center of Seireitei in Soul Society, where it is overlooked by the Shrine of Penitence. The hill is visible from most of Seireitei and is one of the most easily recognizable locations in Bleach. It has sheer cliffs on all sides. There are two known access points to the Sōkyoku Hill - a long bridge connecting to the Shrine of Penitence complex and a long, zigzagging stairway carved into one side of the Hill. One end of the Hill is heavily undercut. It is at this point that the Sōkyoku and the bridge are located. The opposite end is covered by white forest.
When he was young, Kisuke Urahara dug a large cavern beneath the Sōkyoku Hill, which was to be used as a secret training area. It is accessed via a small cave in the side of one of the Hill's sheer cliffs. Now this Training ground is all access to the members of the Gotei 13.

○○○Leere Geist┴┴┴  Captain Commander of the Gotei 13I walked up the large stair case carved in the side of the cliff of Sōkyoku Hill. By the time I reached the top I sat down on the ground and sighed as I looked up at the sky. I set the katana I carry at my side on my chest as I laid back on the ground, my hair was in almost a complete circle around me. I freely let out 1/8th of my reiatsu, doing this cause the ground 20 feet around me to crack but not crumble.

Tensa kijashi up about 50 feet in the air the sky seemed to groan as a crack 10 foot crack appeared on it and the crack opened revealing tensa standing therre"sokyoku hill huh well this is just one more place"tensa walked out and looked around before releasing 2/9 of his reiatsu causing shockwaves to be sent in every direction

○○○Leere Geist┴┴┴ Captain Commander of the Gotei 13A Garganta slowly began to open with the black lines drawing them selfs then slowly opened. After it opened I took a step out of the Garganta feeling Tensa's reiatsu but had no reaction to it. I had my reiatsu down to around officer rank which was very low.

Tensa kijashi Tensa kept his hands in his pockets as he sensed th other individual come out from a seperate gargant but ignored him as he continued to 'float' down toward the sogyoku

○○○Leere Geist┴┴┴ Captain Commander of the Gotei 13I vanished in a shunpo and appeared in front of Tensa. As I did this I made my captains coat come off and go up higher in the air to make it still seem like I was just an officer. "You should know you are not permitted here.. Leave now so we can avoid any difficulties.." I said with a cold tone, still greatly masking my reiatsu.

Tensa kijashi Tensa stopped and looked at the captain with his cold lifeless yellow eyes his white hair softly blowing in the breeze"i mean no harm shinigami im jsut searching for something"tensa said in his usual emotionless tone (he pretty much speaks in the same tone ulquiorra uses)

I said in a cold tone, today was not the best of days for me to consult with one of a different race for my emotions are mixed up at this moment in time.

I said in a cold tone as my captains coat finally floated down and I held out my arm catching it. "As captain commander of the 13 court guard squads I will ask you once more, leave."

Tensa kijashi Tensa sighed, he knew he could not win this fight against the captain commander but the reason he was here was worth the risk of dying."you dont understand shinigami your laws mean nothing to me."Tensa said in a emotionless tone

I said with an empty tone as my arms rested at my sides, my hair was basically around my feet on the ground with it being so long.

Tensa kijashi Tensa sighed"buried about 25 feet under ground by the sogyoku is a broken end of a blade it belonged to someone in my family years ago i recently found out about it so i came to take it back
