Urahara styled his shop's secret training ground on one he built beneath Sōkyoku Hill while young. In this training ground, he and Yoruichi Shihōin would play and train. When Ichigo Kurosaki narrowly escapes defeat by Byakuya Kuchiki, Yoruichi takes him to this training ground in order that he might rapidly attain Bankai through use of the Tenshintai. Renji also attains Bankai in this space.
While very similar in appearance to the Urahara Shop's training ground, the Sōkyoku Hill training ground also sports a hot springs whose waters have the power of healing injuries.
Now days thank to Captain of Squad 1 Leere Geist this location is open to all members of the Gotei 13 to train.

○○○Leere Geist┴┴┴  Captain Commander of the Gotei 13I finally arrived at the cave that lead into the training grounds. The cave was larger and easier to get to than it was in the past before I discovered it. I slowly entered the training grounds, once I got a good distance away from the entrance/exit I looked upwards and let out a sigh, I forgot why I came here so I dusted off the ground and took a seat. It didn't look like this place has been used for quite some time.

○○○Leere Geist┴┴┴ Captain Commander of the Gotei 13I slowly rose from the ground and made my exit. I had no reason of being here anymore since I could not train without destroying the place.

 Dastan shunpo inside the traning ground and saw that Kiyoshi started his traning.so dastan went to the highiest cliff and start to mediate with his zanpakuto. "i will mediate before i'll start my brutal with my spiritual zanpakato"

Kiyoshi 'devil of the 13 guard squads' Kinzoku. Captian of squad 11. -Kiyoshi looks at him and nods- "just let me know if i get to loud" -Turning back to his training he eyes a pillar of stone and Shunpos to it delivering it a hard punch before vanishing and appearing abouve it comming down with a heel kick, soon he was rapidly and violently Shunpoing around the pillar at any angle he could get at, delivering different attacks, pumeling sizable chunks of the pillar off and onto the ground-

Dastan look at Kiyoshi and grim at him. "dont worry"as he put his zanpakuto on his lap and closes his eyes and began to mediate.

Kiyoshi 'devil of the 13 guard squads' Kinzoku. Captian of squad 11. -grinning Kiyoshi sped it up a but- 'if.you.say.so" -he answerd as he shunpod, after a minute or so the pillar began to crack heavily and break in half- "HA!" -Appearing in the air abouve the pillar Kiyoshi twists his body in away that looks like it would break his back as he rotated in the air, instantly his Spiritual pressure shot up to about twenty percent of that before shikai as a bright green Cero appeared in his hand. Aiming it straight down at the pillar he fires it, the cero crashing into the pillar as it falls apart, detonating it causes a good sized explosion, scattering debris everywhere and leaving a shallow crater in the ground-

Kiyoshi 'devil of the 13 guard squads' Kinzoku. Captian of squad 11. -Landing on the ground Kiyoshi flops down, propping himself up with his arms- "ugh..im getting out of shape..." -he laughs and stretches-

Kiyoshi 'devil of the 13 guard squads' Kinzoku. Captian of squad 11. -Getting up Kiyoshi grabs the handle of his zanpakto and tares it from the ground, plucking the blade- "alright Hito...nap times over" -giving it a few swings to loosen up his arms Kiyoshi takes an odd stance then shunpos midway across the training ground, reapearing in mid air, rotating his body and lashing out with his sword before he lands. hitting the ground with his off hand he springs up and lands on his feet, agvancing forwards he fights imaginary opponets, blocking and striking, dodging and parrying to hone his sword play. to inspire himself he quotes the 11th squad motto as he speed up and strikes harder- "If you fight an opponet you will kill him...if you can not kill him you will beat your opponet into submission, if you can not beat them into submission you will get stronger.....if you can not do that you will die!" -he grumbles the motto over and over under his breath-

Shigure Rain
8th Squad Captain
Arriving at the training grounds, Shigure sees Kiyoshi's training and instantly compares it to his own. "Man, that Kiyoshi training is a lot more intense then mine. I guess that's because he focuses on speed and power and I focus on strategy and making my moves count." Walking to the area furthest from Kiyoshi, Shigure pulls out his sword and starts pivoting quickly and blocking as if two people were taking turns attacking him from north and south. In addition to this movement, Shigure has one hand in a kido position so that he can quickly execute a kido spell.
