[X] Full Custom - Small edits: ((100k-200k depending in difficulty)) Just like the previous full custom except you can add simple edits.
--Simple edits are basically accessories ((i.e: a necklace, bow tie, glasses, bag))

I really only want a Semi custom since she is a simple person, but lock or key that could have band-aids, first-aid kit, medic arm band, or a medic cross

Really would like the ribbon around her neck to be like medical Gauze

Personilty: A girl who loves first aid, who (sometime over) panics when someone gets hurt. She is very gentle when treating. She lives to heal and sometimes likes to wear her medical supplies :3

XD ok I need more detail then that,

Ok Full custom no edits

Young non-growing lock using the above picture as a color tablet

Main color: the darker blue
Lock and chains: yellowish gold
Eyes, the inside of the ears, and the hair on the tips of the ears: the lighter blue (the color of the glue it self)
The neck brace that holds the lock: orange textured like the top of the glue stick. (|||||||||) extermely thin light and dark orange stripes hmm I don't know how to explain it more then that

If possible make the unlock shine like its maded out of plastic and anything the artist wants to add <3
