Here is where you roleplay for the Rogue's domain, a city underneath the Immortal City that used to be in ruins. However, the Rogue has restored it, and made it his "palace". It is a deep and dark maze of tunnels and passages, fitting for a place where thieves and outlaws dwell.

People so far:
The Rogue, Elias
Aneise
Winter

Aneise walked to the throne room. "Good morning, sir." Her black, lifeless eyes looked him over.

Elias looked down at his second-in-command, smiling a bit. "Good morning, Aneise. You look exceptionally thrilled today." he murmured sarcastically with a small chuckle. "Last night was oddly quiet. Have any reports of murders or thefts come in since then?" he asked. The only times the city was ever quiet was when his subordinates were planning something big, or on religious festivals. And Elias had an eerie feeling it wasn't the latter.

Elias had no problem with those under him killing and stealing. If they chose to, it was of their own will, and if they got caught, his hands were clean. The only time he was concerned was when his underlings began killing in sprees or obvious patterns. That was when things got ugly. And Elias had found that killing sprees usually happened after a quiet night.

Aneise frowned, (though she wasn't smiling in the first place) "Nothing. No killings, theft, or missing people. The town is peaceful. Even the Queen looked mad it was so quiet." She laughed, but it came out as more of a cackle. "Want me to stir up some trouble, sir?"

Elias sighed, tapping his finger on his chin. "Normally I would approve of that, but all this silence is making me paranoid. I don't want to stir up trouble and then have the whole Underground become restless..." he murmured, staring up at the ceiling. What can we do but sit and wait? the Rogue thought, closing his eyes.

"Do our agents have any information on the Queen's movements? Anything worth listening in on, that is?" Elias asked. Maybe it was the Queen who was doing something that was scaring thieves into submission. He doubted it, but it was definitely a theory worth looking into.

Aneise sat beside him, her black eyes looking away. "My team has been on stand by for a short vacation. Not all of them are ready to commit to the dark arts, they still need food and water. Though the other teams are under others, I believe they are not being held in." Her black eyes turned a light blue, and a small smile appeared on her face, then within a second, it was gone. "Our intelligence says Queen Serenity has been acting very usual. Bossing people around and not caring." She cackled again.

Winter

Winter walked into the throne room, her white hair pulled up in a bun. Morning, sir She said, with fake generosity. How did you sleep? Poorly, I hope.

Elias grinned. "Of course. Using her powers for her own advantage rather than more practical things." He shook his head.

Elias looked up as Winter entered. He smiled a little bit more. "Your hopes are dashed, Winter. I actually slept quite well. What have you been up to?" he queried.

Anesie frowned when Winter walked in, "Good morning." She said with fake generosity.

Winter shrugged, "The underground is quite boring. I've been lazing about in the castle."
