Depends on what he does to deserve it. If he did something bad enough, yes they could try but they would most likely fail to catch him cuz he is pretty strong for a normal human. Afterall normal humans can't use the Kamehameha or fight the way he does. They probably couldn't catch him, even though he is like over 800 yrs old.
