Ella Wells dropped her bags before a shiny porcelain sink and sighed, gripping the cold edges of the sink, trying desperately to shake the nausea that seemed to plague her when she thought of meeting new people. 'It's okay,' She thought to herself miserably. 'You'll get used to it... You won't feel like this every day.' She turned the cold water on, splashed her face with cold water and looked up at herself in the slightly smudged mirror.
With nowhere else to go and no idea what to do, she looked at herself with pity. She hated feeling that way. She was hungry and tired from walking, the first thing she managed to find after arriving at Anime High School was the woman's bathroom. The halls were clean but void of any students.
She thought back to the day she left... Her father was cold to her, pretending she didn't exist. He was just waiting for her to turn 17 so he could get rid of her. He'd told her that she had two options; there was a school that would take her or that she could get out and stay out forever. She chose the school, obviously.
