Chocolate Delights
Where you can find all your chocolate craves under one roof
A small, dusty looking, two story building sits at the end of the lane. Its dark windows frosted around the edges and a small candle sat lit in one of the windows. An old fashioned sign hung over the door and swung with a small wind. The letters painted in red said, "Chocolate Delights Candy Shop" in smaller green paint read, "Where you can find all your chocolate cravings under one roof."
The scent of chocolate, and fresh from the oven sugar loaves wafted the air and spilt out into the streets. Inside the shelves upon shelves of old fashioned glass jars filled to the brims with assorted sweets could be seen. There were jelly beans of all colors and flavors, sweetish fish in original flavoring and Grape flavored(My favorite when I was a kid). Past the shelves of candies were warming racks of sugar bread and sweet rolls. All were still steaming as if just from the oven. a counter sat at the end of everything. It looked much like a malt shop counted with the soda fountains and everything. Everything in this shop was old fashioned. And someone seriously spent a lot of money on this shop. There was a door off to the left of the counter that lead upstairs to where the owner and its companions lived. That door was always closed unless someone were allowed up there. Although Tohopka could escape through the small door at the bottom designed for Tohopka...
This nice little shop was owned by one dark haired woman. She always wore a cloak, but the hood was always thrown back letting her hair shift freely over her shoulders. Reddish eyes watched the shop like a hawk and she produced all the sweets herself. Some were imported from other shops to tickle any sweet tooth's desires. All the sweets were free to any and all Tohopka and guardian, though how did she make a profit to keep the store stocked? Well that was her secret....

Shop's little helpers  Shimmer a quizitive little tohopka and queen of the roost as she likes to say. She was the shop keeper's first hatched and could right fully say that she was queen of the roost. Crimson Star the young prince as you could say. First hatched male of the three. He and Shimmer will look after the younger tohopka that their guardian happen to obtain. Though he hopes that she will get another male so that he's not over run by girls. Twilight, The little tohopka that fell from the heavens. Or so how Kes found her egg. Leaving it infront of their old cave dwelling. Twilight loves playing with her adoptive siblings, but can't help but wonder where she came from. Bengal is always stalking around for places to pounce unsuspectedly on his older siblings. He looks like an egg in the cert, but he's hatched. Nessa Heri, a young Tohopka who hardly ever likes getting her feet wet and doesn't ever play with the others. She thinks she's too high up for such childish anticks. Cosmos, the sad little Tohopka that seemed to have had a bad start to life. At times he seemed to smile, but it was always a frown, at night one can find him crying in his sleep for no apparent reason...

About the Shop Keeper
Always shrouded in a cloak of mystery this shop keeper holds many secrets. Like on, where did she get her cat tail and ears. Surely their not real... But as much as a dog loves his tail, the cat tail is real, so aren't the ears, they swival and turn at all sounds within the shop. She can easily tell when something's wrong in the back of the shop before anyone else. The keeper was deemed the name of Kesmi and she is about 21 years old and still full of life as anyone. She takes care of the shop well with the help of her two tohopka.

Looking around in awe, a rather young imaged girl walks in with a scruffy Tohopka slowly behind her. In her arms lays a pink and red egg, wrapped in a blanket for warmth. Sniffing the air at the wonderful scents wafting about, West Wind strolls over to the shelf with all of the sweedish fish and nudges his nose close to them.
"Don't touch anything, West."
Said the girl, placing a hand calmly on the Tohopka's head. She looked around to see if anyone else was in the store before she continued walking about.Journal

*Two sets of paws could be heard running about over head, first one then another as two tohopkas ran around. While sitting at behind the counter the keeper looked up at the raftered ceiling shaking her head.* "Will you two calm down already?" She shouted as the two bodies darted from the flap in the door and entered the shop floor. The keeper rubbed her eyes as she could only imagine that something would be broken.
*Kesmi looked up as she heard someone among the shelves and got up looking about over the counter. She heard someone talking to someone else.* "Hello??" she called out as she cringered hearing something fall to the floor. Fortunetly it was only the wrestling pair tumbling with each other. "I have to do something about them.." She muttered to herself.

Hearing the two Tohopka playing around was a relaxing sound. Isabeau loved being around people and was glad she wasn't the only on in the shop.
"Hello." She said back to the nervous sounding voice from around the shelving. Isa gave a gleaming smile as she looked around to find where the voice had come from.
Taking Isa's attention aside, West Wind started to stroll around the shop on his own, looking for his favorite sweets. He was very much attracted by the sounds of other Tohopka playing around for he was the only one owned by Isabeau at the time, until the newly obtained egg hatched that it.

*Kesmi leapt over to the other side of te counter and walked over toward the tumbling pair and picked them both up by the scruff of the neck.* "Come on. Settle down" She said to the two tohopkas as she walked back over to the counted.
*Shimmer and Crimson Star smiled as they looked at their guardian. They both looked over toward the basket that held their younger sibling's egg. As soon she hatched then they would all have fun.*
*Kesmi looked back at the customer and smiled.* "So what can I do for ?" She asked and looked over toward the tohopka that accompanied the customer. "Looking for a certain candy?"

Smiling, Isabeau felt rather welcomed. "We're not looking for anything in particular. We came in because the smell of this place was melting." She looked at her Tohopka who was curiously watching the other two play. He had never come across another Tohopka before and wanted to watch them closly.
Looking at the sweedish fish, Isabeau reached out and picked one up. "I've never heard of grape before." she replied, though it looked delicious none the less.

"You don't find them too much anymore. But when i was a kid they were my favorite kind. Got half a pound for five cents." She said with a smile.
*Shimmer and Crimson looked at West Wind and jumped off the counter. Slowly the walked over toward hte new tohopka. They smiffed at him(?).* "Hello" Shimmer chimmed as Crimson chirped a hello, He still hadn't gotten the hand of talking yet. "You wanna play with us?" Shimmer asked as she looked over toward the flap in the door leading to the rooms upstairs.*

West stepped back with a start. He hadn't ever attempted to talk, let alone hear another Tohopka do it. He looked over to the flap that lead to the back room and then back over to Isabeau. After her nod of permission to play, he stood in a dignified way and walked closer to the Tohopkas.
"Mind if I try one?" Isa said, after watching the Tohopkas. She was really curious about the flavor.

"Go a head, take some with you when you leave. Everything's free in this shop." Kesmi said leaning against the counter.
*Shimmer smiled as she turned and darted toward the flap in the door, and vanished through it. Crimson Star laughed as he tapped West Wind with a wing in a 'Tag your it' Way and darted oafter his sister.*

"Really? Everything is free?" She replied with a little amazement.
Kind of laughing to himself, West jumped up and ran after the other two tohopka, sliding on a small carpet in front of the flap. He was overjoyed that they wanted to play with him.
