S/mileage vs. Bijin Mama (Nono)
Everyone thinks nono will make a difference in sales. I dont think so, you have to watch the PV first for people to buy, and with all these people saying Hello Project is old news, then i see a slight increase >_> its not like nono is singing in this, and even then, it wont sky rocket.
and on another note, even if nono is pregnant, her a** shake was really good wen she was cleaning the window, and she looks like she barely grew @_@;

Nono was on a bag of... cleaning supplies, I think, or something like that, at Jusco. Almost bought it, just because the bag had her face on it. I think it will sell well. O.o

I thought that was hand soap she was endorsing xD; haha.
But I think it'll do well~ H!P just needs that one amazing, blow everyone out of their minds single to get people back into it. Every major association goes through that time period. AKB48 will likely have that sometime down the road as well.

Yeah, that was it. Hand soap. It cleans! I dunno, I wasn't paying attention. xD And I did four hours of intense karaoke right after that, so... ;D
(I just saw the commercial for it, too~)
Even though I hate to admit it, Tsunku's not giving MM or Mano or C-ute any good songs. Berryz has been great, but no one knows about them. xD S/mileage really is their only shot. Their past two singles were really good, and I've seen them everywhere. xD
In Harajuku, they have little, tiny stores filled with celebrity photos, and most (if not all) have a S/mileage-related poster at the front (Maeda Yuuka and Wada Ayaka are pretty popular). In one of those stores, they were even selling S/mileage key chains (self-made, and probably illegal. xD They printed out pictures and stuck them into plastic keychain cases). They're all over curry stores because of their new curry-related stage play, and on my way to school, I pass this. (There's a Goto Maki sign down the street, too~)
Even though you can find AKB flyers in almost every train compartment, in almost every magazine, on instant noodle packages, and there's that one gum/candy/whatever it is commercial that they play every five minutes, S/mileage is pretty relevant right now.

good to know : D What shocked me was kanon isn't as popular as yuuka or ayaka. I mean even if its a select area, wooow. And the curry advertisement doesnt happen to be the one with the old lady in the bottom right, right? because if it is, i SWEAR that women looks like she's related to aika >_>;
Tsunku can't handle so many groups. he needs to push berryz imo, because they aren't as successful as c-ute (that 13k for maji bomber was a SHOCK.). S/mileage, he needs to keep them alive if he wants them to survive. even after moving erina to jp room, and all that massive promo she had in the beginning, she just plunged to the bottom. I think any H!P group could easily surpass momusu's sales right now if it weren't for what i believe to be: Tsunku being too busy or him just wanting momusu to be the best group (though, they pretty much would get shot in the foot if any of the hello! project groups passed momusu, it'd be all over the papers).

Pretty much H!P as a whole is just barely keeping its head above the water. S/mileage has been getting the most publicity lately on TV and with posters, and MM appearing on the 24 Hour TV thing this weekend will be good (AKB has been on for weeks), but they really are struggling. You don't notice it as a foreign fan, but when you're in Japan, it makes itself painfully obvious.

S/mileages best single so far. Currently at 26k+ and expected to continue steadily with 1k/week increments. Promotion is still going on!
