Personality: is bright, cheerful, direct, confident, laid -back and lighthearted and always optimistic but can act calm, reserved and aloof. She is slightly immature, being headstrong, stubborn, apathetic to most things and argumentative. Seiun is even willing to sacrifice herself in order to protect her family, showing her bravery and dedication. She prefers to use the direct approach but is also quick-thinking and cunning at times.
She can sometimes be a little immature, seems to be on the bold and reckless side, she is quite caring towards her friends, and does not hesitate in trying to help them. She understands her friends quite well, and always cheers them up when they are down, but also respects their pride and sometimes chooses to step back when she feels that her friends do not need her help, Seiun does not hesitate in helping people in danger, and is frustrated when she cannot do anything to help. Seiun is quite hot-blooded, determined, headstrong and passionate, especially in battle, she is tough and resilient in fights and is not afraid of fighting, even when she is outnumbered. - aze no josei no tsubasa – (Wings of the wind lady) Seiun forms a large pair of silver wings about 10 cm from the bottom of the blade pole.
A short, thick cylinder of bands allows someone to stand on the pole while in flight, a band of crimson leather attached to the top of the pole (just under the blade) gives the meister something to hold onto during flight.
- Tensō Jūrin - (Subjugation Of The Heavens) - One of Seiuns’s basic powers. It allows her to control the weather in the immediate vicinity, or more specifically, control the water in the surrounding atmosphere.
This enables her to create rain, ice, snow, hail and many other annoying/dangerous weather based attacks.
- Hebunrī kōri bīmu - (Heavenly ice beam) a small sphere of icy blue light appears on each of the extra blades. When the meister gives the word each sphere separates from their blade, speeding off and creating a beam. The three beams converge on the target like homing missiles
