Im after the name of a card that allows you to play creatures from the grave as long as this card is in the grave.
i saw it once upon a time and cant find it for the life of me

the wording must be weird, because I can't find it either.
Was it a creature? What color was it?

it sounds like an incarnation, but i dont think so.
to my knowledge i dont know what it could be
I dont believe there is a card with that wording or that powerful without any drawbacks.
do you remember teh artwork?

Sounds like Genesis, but he returned Creatures to your hand, he didn't return them into play.
Maybe Yawgmoth's Will? That does it for all things not just creatures.
Gatherer doesn't return anything for "play creatures from your graveyard" or "play a creature from your graveyard"
You might also be thinking of Enduring Renewal or Lifeline.
Money is on Genesis though.
