Biggest issue again: Too much going on.
These are oils and not candles, so with all that incorporated into the mix, it's going to smell absolutely awful. So I would definitely go back in and tailor the Scent to directly reflect what it is you're looking for, because the entirety of a chocolate shop is not going to work for you.
Also, keep in mind that the ingredients of your Scent also make up their looks and personality. So adding too much into the mix makes it difficult to represent all those layers in a Scent's design.
