Luna is a school girl from Japan. She was a perfectly average, completely normal girl for her age. Naturally this was very boring so when she found a magical shape changing weapon, she did what any girl in her situation would do and went crime fighting. Luna learned she was a below average fighter, having never fought a day in her life, and so she came to the Dome to try to learn.

NEW: Luna is now embroiled in the Dragonheart Empire's war with the Galactic Roman Empire and the Kawaii Shogun Empire. She is only fighting because she's completely head over heels for Prince Alston of the Dragonheart Empire.
She's also finally found herself a magical companion, Caspar the baby yeti. He has powers to create and control ice and snow, and sometimes very cold winds or blizzards. He's not very strong yet, because he's only a baby.
