"I must advice that you be caustious. With Dulgolfa still around, even that may be unable to help you..." the old blacksmith said calmly. He didn't match the general image of someone in his field. He was rather small, and had to use a ornately carved cane to get anywhere in the shop. And yet his skill with sword-making was revered within the Monster Race, which was why Sherra had gone to him for this job. Looking at the blade in her hands, she was convinced that she'd made the right decision. The handle was made of finely shaped strips that wove around her hand and the bottom of the blade, which had been expertly shaped and refined til it had a perfectly sharpened point. This would serve Sherra quite nicely. "I know...I'll be practicing with it before I go and take it into battle." she said, turning back to the smith.
"A lot of practice..." he corrected. It wasn't that he doubted Sherra's skills at wielding a sword, she was actually one of the few that he felt honored to craft for. It was mainly because of her wielding Dulgolfa that had left him skeptic. He'd warned her several times not to use that sword, to just get rid of it. But it had already begun to take her over, and she'd dismissed his words as the craziness of an old man. He could still see that part of her now, the part that was still under Dulgolfa's control. He mentally reminded himself that its existence at the moment had a good point. As long as it still had power over her, she would never have to remember the heinous acts she'd committed. Xellos hadn't been the only person she'd been forced to attack. He'd just been the only one to survive it.
She bowed to the crafter in respect and gratitude, paid the fee for his service, and then went to leave the shop.

"I didn't think being without me for five minutes would be that big of a deal." she answered calmly. She was in a rather good mood for the time and felt like teasing him a bit. He was acting rather clingy, and to be honest, it surprised her. He had said that she was 'the most important person' to him, but she didn't think that it'd be cause him to worry that quickly. It was like he was in love with her or something. Not that she was going to really look at that like a possibility. There was just no way.

Sherra stared at the neko for a moment, trying to decide if she should take that comment seriously or not. She wasn't really all that oblivious when it came to Levi; she could guess as to what was going on with his weird new behavior. It was just that she didn't want to believe that it was real If he did...then she might not be able to go through with what she was planning to do.
"Fine, next time I'll include a town name, and I'll try to shorten it down to three minutes. Would you be able to handle that?"

The dark haired general smirked slightly. "Why? You never stop teasing me, no matter how much I tell you to stop." she retorted smugly. You'd think he'd be able to handle a little, given how much he dishes out on a daily basis...besides, he walked right into that one. She had a feeling why, but she wasn't about to question it. She didn't want to have her suspicions confirmed; not on this subject.

"Actually I was just doing it for the heck of it. I was just pointing out that since you do the same thing, you can't justly complain about it. It's the same reason you appear to do it. Or are you implying that you have an alternative motive?" she asked calmly. She wasn't going to voice her suspicions She wasn't going to believe them until she heard it from him. Until he told her, she was going to pretend that they weren't there. It was simpler that way.

There was no definite emotion on Sherra's face as she looked at him. His words weren't as convicting as he had hoped.While they could have easily conveyed what he'd meant, they also gave Sherra a bit of leeway. He liked her. He teased her because he liked her. It was the same with elementary age boys. It wasn't anything serious. It couldn't even be called a crush really. She wanted to look at it that way; she had to. "You tease me...because you like me..." she repeated, mumbling the words. "Well...I suppose that's better than if you'd hated me."

[[Gah...he's making this too easy. He's giving her room to doubt and delude herself. He needs to be more absolute about it. ><]]

Sherra now truly seemed confused by his reaction. He was trying to leave now? After all that, he was just going to run away? "So you came here to complain about how I worried you, and now you're just going to run off?" It wasn't consistent; he kept contradicting himself. How was she supposed to take him seriously, when he couldn't stay with one thing? Did he want to be around her, or not? Did he care for her? Or was she just someone he could use as entertainment? She was tired of all the mixed signals.
