1. Perseverance. Sometimes it may take a while, don't give up.
2. Politeness. No one likes to be yelled at. Have a little courtesy. Why say "CREW!!!!?", "crew crew crew" "crewwwwwwww" etc, when a simple "Hey, any open spots in your crew?" is much more well recieved?
3. People don't like spam. Ask once, and wait a while. No one likes to have the screen full of speech bubbles constantly asking to join a crew.
