Ingredients:
1 pack of Bryan sausage
1/2 onion
1 large boil in bag rice packet or 2 small
1 can of whole peeled tomato
Water
Hot Sauce
Directions
1) Cut sausage into roughly 1-2 inch peices, Chop onion, put together in large skillet
2) Cook Sausage and onion until onion is a slight brown color
3) Empty Rice Packets, Empty and break up Tomatos. Add enough water to cover sausage. Add Hot sauce to taste.
4) Cook until rice is done and water is gone
5) Serve
