Why I came to the city My best friend and protector sent me here, for he had to leave me to take care of his sick mother.
Tattoos/ other markings She has some sort of foreign symbol that stretches across her back. It looks like a tattoo, but it is really a birthmark.
Likes Music, Calm people
Dislikes Being in water, Tight spaces, Extremely loud noises
Other Ayra is part of an unknown race with special ocular powers. She can "see" objects by simply touching them, and she can also view everything connected to that object, no matter how far away it is. (e.g. If she touches an underground pipe, she can view the whole pipeline connected to it, and any living being that is touching it.) She can also "see" other people's auras and feelings by coming in contact with them. The price for this power, though, is that she is physically blind, and whenever she has a nightmare(which is very frequent) she experiences physical pain.
She also knows nothing of where she came from or what she is. She only remebers up to her toddler years, and then it's all a blank.

Why I came to the city: I live for peace. I am a faerie. I do not go looking for trouble. Trouble finds me. It stalks me. I flee from it.
Tattoos/other markings: She has tattoos of wings beneath both of her shoulder blades, which are really connected to opening where her wings actually are. She is not two feet tall--she is just as tall as a human! She also has a birthmark of an angel-shape on the palm of her right hand, which she keeps hidden underneath white gloves. Her power is stored inside of that birthmark. If anyone touches it, it can severely drain her power if they wish her harm.
Likes: Irish music (she is Irish, after all), flying alone for long periods of time, reading, writing poetry or stories, and giving long lectures of things that people will never understand of care about (she'll make a nice history or english professor one day)
Dislikes: Having people ignore her, fighting, bloodshed
Other: Jez cannot physically touch things with her right hand, as it provokes headaches if something touches her birthmark. So, she wears a glove, which helps, but nevertheless, she only touches things with her left hand if she can help it. Her favorite color is blue or light purple. Her mother died when she was young in a battle against other faeries, and she doesn't know who her father is. (Most likely another faerie.) She is hesitant to make friends but will wholeheartedly join the island, as long as she can fly the ocean freely.

 Name: Them (or Their, depending on how the term is being used) Age: Unknown Gender: Man and Woman (we refer to them as one being, since they share thoughts and are conjoined twins) Species: Unknown Why I came to the city: They created the city. They have placed a spell on everyone, making them never want to leave, and they place the spell by serving enchanted food. Tattoos/ other markings: They are conjoined twins, duh! I couldn't find a picture. They are connected to the hip and only have one pair of legs, which the woman has control over. Don't worry, you'll find out their names soon enough! The woman also has a tattoo on their left leg of a Siberian Tiger. Likes: He likes the heat, she likes the cold. They may have only one pair of legs between them, but they have two brains. They're perfectly different. Dislikes: They both dislike being wrong. They also dislike their definition of troublemakers: (n) those who don't obey Them. Why I came to the city I'm sick of watching my people be killed. From the day I was born, I have been escaping the war. My mother died in giving birth to me---as all humans do when they give birth to the spawn of a demon--- and I was taken in by my Father, who taught me that life is about pain, and everything else is false. He left me to die in a battle field at the age of 9, but a medic found and saved me, with his own life. Now I must live for him, for when he died, his energy flowed into me, and he wanted peace, as his last wish. Unlike my father's side, I have chosen to believe that such a thing exists.
Tattoos/ other markings Tattoo over the chest of a human heart sliced in half. Markings of black vines that cover his entire body.
Likes Freedom, hope, iron.
Dislikes Restrictions, death, depression.
OtherThe eye that is stitched closed is completely black with gold pupils, a true demon's eye. It's said to be able to kill if a mortal (human) looks directly into it, so he stitched a piece of leather over it. Also can create fire (he's from hell).
