I got fooled by the location months ago because even though I'm by the tower it won't count since I was in the water. :3

Thanks so much for the guide it really was easy too follow but one question
what happens if you left off this task for a long time and walking around to each place dosen't work any more >.<

The pictures are in the right area, but the person is in the wrong spot
I'm doing it and this is how it went for me
1st: I had to stay more to the left than that picture
2nd: I think same spot
3rd: Same spot
You don't have to walk around the area, you just have to walk at the RIGHT SPOT
Although, thanks for the guide.
How do you take screenshots?
