Okay, so I tend to watch Doctor Who pretty much nightly, or daily, or at any time really. This got me to thinking. With sites like DailyMotion, it would be an easy thing for some of us to get together and watch a few great Who episodes. For those of you who have Skype (or don't mind getting Skype) we could set it up and chat about the episode, or any other insanity we want, while watching it. If we can't all get Skype, then I'm open to other suggestions on how we could chat. Those without it could just talk here on Gaia, if the like.
Either way, I think it would be fun, so if you any of you are interested, let me know. We can work out the when once we know who wants to watch it. I was thinking we could start off by just watching one episode per Doctor and see how far we get; doesn't have to be in order, either.
So, if you're interested, why don't you post a little list of your favorite Who episodes, maybe your favorites for each Doctor. Once we get a good list, we can discuss which one to watch first.

As for the list, can The Black Orchid be added for shits and giggles? Who doesn't love Five playing cricket and admitting he wants to drive a train?

Oh, I'm sorry. I got turned around with all these forums I'm responding too. I didn't even look at the name. I just assumed. But of course, I should have assumed you'd be the one asking to watch the episode with the most Adric/Nyssa scenes. = )

Anywho, I would definately vote for an episode with Ian and Barbara, Polly and Ben, Three and Jo, Four and Sarha, or Seven and Ace.

I'd been toying with the idea for a while, even discussed it with a few people like Romana and Aino, but I wasn't really sure it could work. DbyA inspired me to give it a shot. I figure we might as well try and if the fact that it works on at least one other site gave me enough hope to try it out. I'm still not really sure how DbyA does their night, but Dailymotion and Skype seemed the easiest way to me. If you've got any better suggestions from how Who Live works, let me know. Some of the greatest Team TARDISes, theres, Cetha. Got any specific episodes you want to try?

At DbyA we use livestream.com so that it's a specific time and there's a chat on the same site and everything. I don't have access to Dailymotion or Skype so I probobly won't be participating with this so I guess I should leave the episode choices to those who are actually going to be there. =)

Oh, I should check that out. Never heard of livestream.com. But how can you not have Dailymotion? It's a website, not something you download. It's like youtube. And it's pretty something awesome.

My dad installed this thing on my computer that blocks me from cirtain websites that are "inapropriate". =/ Not really because he doesn't trust me but because he doesn't trust my older brother and my brother gets on my computer all the time. Dailymotion is one of the sites that is unaccessable.

Tinychat. I'll have to look into that. Thanks for the suggestion, Rose. And that's not cool at all, Cetha. Well, we might be able to get around this. Depending on what episode we pick, it may be on youtube. Could you watch it there?
I tried to see about livestream, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to show my show. Do I have to actually own the episode to show it? If so, we may then be limited to Colin's run until by Tom DVDs arrive.
