Bio: She is the Step daughter of Pat Dugan otherwise known as S.T.R.I.P.E,She came across the Cosmic Staff that belonged to the First Star Spangled Kid in her stedad's belongings. Donning the costume and staff she did it to get back at him for marrying her mother and for them having to move from LA to Nebraska. She is a very good Gymnast and kickboxer but without her staff in hand she would just be a regular girl. The staff however is tied to her so it will come to her if she calls it. Courtney can be a little bratty, but she's really good hearted.
Extra: She joined the League for thrills and is somewhat jealous of Supergirl
