Leon is Apathetic. He's been re-programed. He's stoic and cold, not because he wants to be but because of his conditioning, which made things like rejection and his general distrust, as well as self loathing easy to rationalize away.
Since he has no emotions, Leon relies on Logic and Strategy. It made killing simple and him efficent. He doesn't care if you had a bad day. Don't tell him your problems, because in his mind, if your life is so bad...he'll just take it as a cue put you out of your misery. Herla who drone on about thier lives without realizing how precious life is and how easily it can be ended annoy him to no end.
He doesn't care about other herla or living things in general if he doesn't have an investment in it. Unless you've been aggressive with him enough with him to register on his radar he'd most likely step over you, even if you were dying.
Unless it's a fawn, Leon has a soft spot for kids. The one promise he made to himself was that he'd never kill a youngling. He has nothing but disdain for adults, after all they are the ones that made the wars that once employed him.
Lastly Leon is somewhat of a masochist. It just sort developed out of the need to fill the void left by his emotional disconnect. Leon understands pain. Respects it, and accepts that it is a part of his life. Without the normal emotions to go on, if he gets hurt in battle it lets him know he's still breathing. He is not reckless however because that would be of course illogical.

Leon is a Jaded mercenary. He was stolen when he was young and mercilessly trained by a mercenary like herla. He was used to make the small clan money for years on end.Thus he became a killer for hire, and was very good at his job. This mercenary clan of the mountains favors the element of ice. Not just normal ice no...Radioactive "living ice".
During much of the hard training season in the winters their dens are covered with radioactive ice and snow. Exposure at a young age living and breathing in it day in day out causes the mutation. This ice bonds to the young herla. Once the ice fuses with you, you are forever changed. These herla learned to utilize it as a weapon. In the cold climate where this group did their missions it made them terrible enemies to face.
Leon grew tired of that life and finally until one night he killed the Buck who taught him everything he knew and escaped. But he had no skills except the trade of murder. He feels it was he only thing he is good at and hates himself for it. His ultimate dream is to recover his emotions and settle down with a mate and a large family.

Radioactive Ice-The ability to use ice as armor, the ice however cannot be sustained in warm temp, without some sort of support. It has a parasitic affect due to radiation so it draws energy from the user, (leon) unless he's in a cold climate.
Limitations: The most Leon can do in extremely warm weather is coat his antlers in a layer of protective ice. That's it unless he's in the cold,anything more and he risks death.

All his other skills are a result of training.
