Rules
1) Each combatant starts out with 500 health points
2) Each combatant rolls a 1 100-sided dice
3) If a combatant wins a roll, they receive no damage
4) The difference between the rolls determines the damage to the losing combatant
5) When a combatant’s health points reach 0, they lose

It had been some time since the Emperor stepped foot in Necropolis. He saw that not much had changed. Fueled by revenge and boredom, he stood ready to duel the the Baroness of Necropolis. His laser saber was ignited and ready to burn some flesh.

Alnette was eager to prove herself, so she wouldn't hold back at all. Clad in light armor, the baroness lunged at Cort, putting all of her strength behind a vicious slash with the Dark Excalibur.

"An eager little slut," Cort spat.
The Emperor was caught off guard by Alnette's enthusiasm. Before he could move to mount an attack, she managed to penetrate his cybernetic body. Energy surged throughout the entire battlefield, but Cort stood as if the attack didn't hurt. He glared at Alnette, grinning manically.
"I'll crush you like a bug!" The gargantuan hand that hovered around Cort suddenly tried to squash Alnette.

Overconfident, Alnette slashed again, though before her blade could reach, the gargantuan hand hit her. Her armor reduced some of the damage, though not much. "Ow..."

"This'll be easier than I thought."
The giant, metallic hand balled up into a fist and tried to crush Alnette again. Cort only watched on with wicked satisfaction at Alnette ceaselessly trying to dodge the attack. Every time the fist missed and crashed into the ground, it generated small jolts of electricity.

Rather than dodging the hand Alnette decided to try a different approach. Rather than trying to attack Cort, she turned her attention against the hand, trying to damage it with her blade.

The giant hand was connected to Cort, though Alnette had no way of knowing that. Every time she inflicted damage on the hand, be it minor or massive, Cort in turn received any damage sustained. The giant hand was a prototype, and the real thing wouldn't be connected to the Emperor in such away. In any case, Alnette's means of attacking was a good one as she didn't have to get in close to Cort do any real damage. Wherever she went, the giant hand fallowed in hopes of squashing her.

She moved to slash again, but nearly lost grip of her blade. Instead, she moved to defend against the hand. It still did damage, but it was hardly any, thanks to the Dark Excalibur.

"That sword is stronger than before," Cort said with a tone of surprise in his voice. "I'll be happy to take it from you again."
The metallic hand was completely engulfed in energy, hinting at a malfunction. Functional enough, the fist tried again to smash her.

Again the fist managed to strike her, though by parrying with the Dark Excalibur, the baroness had managed to reduce the damage to almost nothing. She was preparing to go back on the offensive, but she wouldn't be able to just by defending against attacks.

All of a sudden, a beam of energy shot out of Cort's artificial eye. The red beam darted towards Alnette on one side while the malfunctioning fist tried to smash her on another. She got to pick her poison.

With his laser saber ready, Cort lunged forward in hopes of taking out his opponent in a single strike, but he underestimated Alnette and left himself wide open in his reckless attack. Her vicious slash did more damage than he would have liked. The Dark Excalibur was indeed stronger than he had remembered.

Though very annoyed, Alnette was able to keep her temper under control as she slashed at him again. She had improved the Dark Excalibur since her last battle with him, but she was unsure if she would try to push it to its limits to see it's full strength.
