I have a lot fo 45-50 pokemon.
But the idiots at Game freak decided to make Kanto the same Leveled pokemon as Johto.
So, would Mt.Silver be my only hope?

What I have found,is that if you go through the elites a couple times,that does the trick pretty well

Yeah I'm having the same issue.
I can get through the Elite 4 alright but Lance over kills me every time. >=(
